   Had to wait 5 minutes or more with other customers whilst at least 5 members of staff were chatting and laughing at the back of the shop.The lady who was serving asked 3 times for some help before a finally a young rude attitude girl came to ask what I wanted I explained and was sharply told what I wanted was £67 ! I explained that the average price elsewhere was around £50 to which she replied I advise you to go elsewhere! That is what I will certainly do! Rude,unfriendly,unhelpful staff!!!

   You should consider getting rid of some of the current ladies or introduce some serious training. Very poor staff, horrible attitudes, extremely long wait times, no organisation and can never get things right. My father in law has had to change chemists. AVOID.

   After a few ropey experiences, I rated this as 3/5, however since they have improved somewhat, ergo 4 stars. Prior experiences include customers (not just I) being ignored by staff. Staff standing motionless in a group, with only their hair showing their position, seemingly gossiping. NB: I had promised to review my review with better experiences. Currently I can't fault it. And the times I've been staff have been obviously busy, but not so busy as unable to front the shop.

   Miserable rude staff who seem to think that customers are an inconvenience to their chatting. Very slow sorting prescriptions from the doctors 50 yards away. Frankly just awful.
