If there was a 0 star option I'd have chosen that. Called there today for a prescription only to be told that there was no pharmacist by the rude unapologetic assistant. If this was a one off I could understand, however, this is the second time that this has happened to me. Worst service of any Pharmacy that I've ever experienced. License should be revoked

The staff are amazing and it's so sad to know that sour apples have let the pharmacy close. With the trouble the staff get they deserve a raise and an applause to be honest. New staff and the nonsense they have to put up with when learning where everything is is amazing

Disgrace of a pharmacy. Come back in 1hr as your prescription weβve had for a week is still not ready, go back & get told to go after weekend as there is a 1hr wait time & they wonβt allow anymore people to join the waiting as are due to close in 45mins (only me in the store?!). I put this prescription in to order meds for dad 1wk in advance of running out to ensure no time without - now I will have to go ask dad not to die over the weekend as we need to wait for his medication

I gave one star only because I couldn't give less Never seen such a shockingly bad pharmacy. Don't lose your time there. They forget medication, are never open on time, don't answer the phone, some of the staff are quite rude, treating customers like rubbish and all of them lack obvious training in GDPR/minimum decency when discussing medical issues, without mentioning the one giving you a side eye depending on which medication you are getting. You need to get into an argument to even get medication they forget to give you, which is really the last thing you want to do when you are poorly. Better walk a few more minutes to Boots on the main street where you will at least get what need, which is why you are going to a pharmacy in the first place.

Medication collected but stuck as though it has not been collected despite numerous phone calls and promises that they have changed it on the system to collected. Unable to delete or order anymore prescriptions whilst stuck as uncollected. Gave up trying to call and sort the situation. Deleted app and gone elsewhere. Never had any problems with the echo app until it changed to Lloyds pharmacy. Wish I could give zero stars.

Went in today despite hearing some negative things about robberyβs but thought Iβve never had any problems at lloydβs before. When I went it, I was greeted by a man behind the counter - I think his name was Cliff. There was nothing that was too much trouble for him. We had a lovely chat while I waited for my prescription and I now have them as my nominated pharmacy thanks to the lovely service and friendly faces.

This pharmacy is an absolute disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves. The shutters are down most of the day, closing earlier than the lunch/break times state. Don't understand why they need an hour lunch break? 1. can't they shuffle staff to not all be on break together? (it isn't difficult). 2. Why do they need an hour lunch break when they are "open" for approx 5 hours a day? No consideration for customers who desperately need their medication. Close down this pharmacy and rehire a whole new bunch of staff who aren't lazy and start providing the service you are expected for.
