   Shared my child's medical information with corporate without consent, then rang to ask me to give them a 5* review. I complained about this but have heard nothint since. Just showed up for a flu jab at a precooked time and there is an enormous queue because they only have one pharmacist and readily admitted that they overbooked and had done all week. There are some decent members of staff up front but the service overall is awful, and has significantly deteriorated since Everest took over.

   Since Everest took over from my Centre pharmacy, the service has deteriorated significantly. Repeat prescriptions, which used to be delivered within 2–3 days once authorised by a doctor, now take a minimum of 7 days. A recent issue involved a common and readily available medication (Esomeprazole), which was not delivered—and two weeks later, I’m still waiting. This is especially frustrating considering the same medication can be purchased over the counter at any supermarket. Their online chat is unmonitored, emails go unanswered, and when I phoned them, there was no urgency or concern—even after I explained I was about to run out of medication. I can no longer recommend this pharmacy and am actively looking for an alternative provider.

   Was good as Centre Pharmacy and I was worried when it was taken over by a bigger chain but if anything, it’s better. Their feature of texting you when your prescription is ready is a great addition. Their stock is good and the staff very friendly and helpful

   I can honestly say the staff working there are always friendly and really helpful aswell as knowledgeable they provide a lot of useful information and try their best because it is really busy environment however what’s special about them it’s that apart from being responsible and understanding they are really sweet and friendly they offer other services such as home delivery with no additional price so you don’t have to worry about the delivery fee. Also they prepare all the prescriptions in the store for pick ups and they have a large selection of products over the counter which are really beneficial because it includes everything such as vitamins and many other first aid supplies that are really essential.

   Honestly can not find the words to describe the service Centre Pharmacy provide! Having a daughter with a complex genetic condition means a variety of medications. With this comes a whole lot of stress as communication between the paediatric team and the gp surgery can be somewhat unmanageable at times. Matt and the centre pharmacy team have helped me out to the point where it has been life changing. This may sound a little ‘dramatic’ but it’s so true! Whether it’s first thing Monday or last thing on a Saturday their smiles never fade and their customer service is always outstanding! Thank you so much - WHAT A TEAM!

   Have used Centre Pharmacy for the last four years, have always been really helpful with nothing being to much trouble. As someone else has mentioned, they are willing to sort out surgery/Doctors mistakes and do everything in their power to ensure prescriptions are fulfilled. Yes, some staff are friendly than others, but that is the way of the world.

   Centre Pharmacy is one of the best Pharmacies in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you can't find what your looking for the ladies are always there to advise you and give recommendations. The pharmacy staff are always interested in how your feeling and check up on patients progress making you feel welcome and supported. If there has been any issues with your prescription they can advise you what to do and help to sort out problems if they can. They also have a good delivery service so if you haven't been able to collect your prescription they will bring it out to your home. I can't recommend Centre Pharmacy highly enough.
