I went to phase for my first hair cut around 6 years ago after they were recommended by both family and friends, during my first hair cut I was greeted with a friendly and professional atmosphere and made to feel comfortable and welcome from the start. I was listened to when I was explaining the style i wanted and they offer great advice. The professionalism and friendliness hasn't changed since that first visit and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Went for my nails done by Lucy and they are amazing (as always). She's always so nice and friendly, and you can have a good chat with her whilst she works her magic on your hands. She treated me to a basic manicure before my gels and I'm so thankful she did because they honestly look ten times better than they did before. And this was before the polish had even gone on! Amazing job, will be back again for definite!
