“I’ve been to Jen for various treatments in the past. This time I opted for lip fillers. I wanted a little extra fullness, but with a natural looking result. “My face but fresher” was the aim. I am so, so happy with the results. The treatment itself was, as always, incredibly professional and in a relaxed, clean environment. After going through the initial assessment Jen explained what would be happening at each stage. Obviously the treatment involves some mild discomfort and pressure, but I felt this was very minimal. Once the treatment was complete Jen diligently explained the after-care procedures to me so I could best look after my lips. It has now been exactly 1 week since my treatment. The initial swelling went down after a day or two and upon following Jens after-care instructions, I have had no lasting discomfort with my lips, and I feel they have settled beautifully. I’m delighted with the results. My lips appear fuller in a way which looks natural and youthful. Jen is undoubtedly a highly qualified and consummate clinician, but she is also an artist. She does not have a “one size fits all” approach and I feel that this is why the results are so beautiful and natural. I would highly recommend Jen to all my friends and family (and I do!).”

“Booked in 3 heads which were quite intense and needed alot doing the booking was made last min, I can’t fault Rossa Massimo Hair salon Huddersfield, their attention to detail was second to none with a 5* service and quality of colour, we all came out as extremely happy customers.. Enya agreed to do our hair on a day the salon doesn’t even open & Jazz who booked us in was super accommodating as well as understanding, while also being very considerate of Enya the member of staff who would be working alone on us all, they were so helpful even gave us after care - checking in to see we were happy customers!! Get booking ladies you won’t be disappointed! I trusted Enya to do what she thought was best for my teenage daughter & she pulled it off beautifully can not fault the girl whilst being so young & working so hard with great customer service skills she remained professional throughout although she was under some pressure doing 3 Asian heads alone & this isn’t a easy task by far!!! I had the underside of my hair bleached and toned an ashy grey, they even stripped down the colour when I said I wanted it more ashy than I thought and they immediately did it and even suggested I go a little darker on top of add contrast and he was right it looks amazing with a more defined contrast I couldn't be happier with the service and my hair. Best appointment ever. I then had my nails done, and I picked a design that was on nail extensions but I wanted the gel on my regular nails and she was more than happy to modify the design to fit what I was looking for I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
