   Had a text to say prescription was ready, went along to collect, waited 10 mins in a queue only to be told " we don't have 2 items and I can't give you the 3rd" So why text?! Went to another pharmacy and they were in the same position, however the way they dealt with it was so different.I was given the 1 item and they volunteered to order the other 2 to collect tomorrow, friendly, helpful courteous staff, Tesco the complete opposite.

   Pharmacist Mariam was extremely helpful today. My wife had a UTI and the Pharmacist had a telephone consultation with her on the pharmacy first service and provided the much needed antibiotics. Great Service.

   Most of the staff are brilliant but the women with the dark hair who's just been promoted I think is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my 50 years ,they have a sign saying treat us with respect it should works both ways. Think she's in the wrong job no people skills properly make a good traffic warden

   Never encountered such a useless pharmacy. They will always ask you if you have received a text saying it’s ready despite the fact they can never be bothered to send one. You then turn up three hours later only to be grilled with 20 questions before being told it won’t be ready until tomorrow and you can’t have it today, despite it being insomnia medication. If I was happy to wait until tomorrow I would, but it being insomnia medication means another sleepless night. The place should just be shut down and Tesco should stick to selling food.

   It can be a busy pharmacy at times especially after their dinner hour, so be aware there could be a wait. They do appear to be well stocked and have always had my medication in stock, where other chemists do not. They are pleasant and helpful. I just take one star off because they do take a long time answering the phone, probably because they are understaffed at times, from what I have experienced. When you need help from a pharmacist, it’s important, so, they have to be able to answer the phone and help.

   I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Tesco Droylsden Pharmacy for their services today. After attending an emergency appointment at the GP I went to see how long it would be until my prescription was dispensed, they did it there and then! Quickly, efficiently and with kindness! Thank you so much.
