Worst pharmacy ever - called ahead to check prescription was ready after a week ( sent by GP) took 5 attempts and calling at 08:05 to get an answer. Advised by staff not ready but in stock and would be ready after 15:00. Called to collect surprise surprise ! not in stock - would be ordered and ready next day. Called 19 times next day to check , no reply. Went to store - queued up, still not in stock . Needless to say I will change pharmacies. This is not the first time I have had an experience like this. Shelves are also barely stocked - cannot say it's a national issue as I went elsewhere to but OTC medications I needed and they were well stocked.

Avoid this place like it got ebola, West Nile and Covid, unwilling to return prescription items to the spine/spline, unwilling to give me the prescription back to go elsewhere, and then losing a prescription and telling me it's not there after confirming days before they had it. This is on top of the usual 60 minutes and 10 days waiting time. It's gone from bad to worse, and no sign of improvement.

Absolutely shocking. Slow isn't the word I would use. Never have someone actively on till and there is someone who works there who doesn't seem to know what's going on half the time. It's taken over an hour to get a simple prescription. Avoid at all costs, I don't mind waiting for a prescription but this pharmacy take the mick every time I've been here Further to add this this I'm still in the queue waiting. JOKE

Prescription sent by doctor on 27th Sept, still not ready by October 9th, sent away. Running very low on medication. Ran out of previous prescription on October 11th. Returned to the chemist, anxious (tablets are for anxiety). Prescription is still not ready and I’m in a hurry to dash off to pick up the children. Man on counter tells me fifteen minutes. He thinks this is acceptable, there is no apology, no customer care.

Do Not Use! Your medication will be held hostage subject to the whims of the Pharmacist of the day. By hogging the sole computer, creating a queue without any indication on wait time and no communication. Very disappointing and chaotic service. Should be closed as Lloyd's do not seem to support this service. Can't blame the counter service people as they're let down. 3+ visits and 90minutes queuing to get nothing. Medical condition has since worsened due to lack of Meds.

Shocking I went with high hopes of this pharmacy and was greeted by a quite unhelpful girl who was taking her time in doing her job- I gave my quite urgent prescription in and was told to come and pick it up on Monday and that was fine. On Monday my partner went down to pick it up and they quite calmly announced they have LOST it so it hasn’t been ordered ( bearing in mind during all this I am having to suffer without the correct medication ) waited 30 mins while they searched for it and then was to be told to come back tomorrow in the hope they might have found it- I’m not being funny but as a pharmacy I thought that the main aim was to provide prescriptions not loose them. I am going back to hospital on Tuesday and what am I meant to tell my consultant when they ask me if my medicine helps -β€œ well the prescription was lost so I didn’t have it! β€œ - it is an absolute disgrace especially for such a well known pharmacy. But imagine if this was lifesaving medication for someone and the pharmacy have just carelessly not looked after it. So if you want your prescription lost and to become more ill because you don’t have your medicine go to this place. I will make it clear that I will NEVER be going there ever again.

Worst pharmacy going. Every time I send my electronic prescription to them there is a problem. It has got to the point where I ask my doctor to send the prescription and then wait a week before I go to pick it up, and half the time it's still not ready! There is always an excuse - the doctor didn't send it (oh wait yes they did), it got overlooked, its not in stock but we haven't ordered it because we weren't sure you would pick it up, we have ordered it but it didn't arrive, we don't know when its coming, it should have been in todays delivery, etc etc. I am honest to goodness fed up of complaining. I am not surprised they have a sign up about abusing staff because they literally drive you mad. Always massive queues, takes forever to get served, and then always at least 30 mins to make the prescription up after they finish claiming the doctor didn't send it and spend another 20 mins looking on the computer.
