   I ordered shoes for a gift. The drawing is super! I'm just disappointed as I asked for the Skyline but basically you don't recognise any London monuments. Especially as I ordered Monday and they was ready only by Wednesday so was few days. I would be more happier with a skyline where you recognise London expecially when you known the price we pay for it.

   Fantastic shoes and old-school customer service - that’s what we found when we happened upon Koko Art while strolling London. They have such a wide variety of art on the shoes that my hubby had several “London Souvenir” styles to choose from. He found one that was almost perfect but was “missing” (to our tastes) one iconic item from the London skyline. The artist agreed to add the building and we could pick the shoes up the next day. We were thrilled at the quick turnaround. Just as promised on the next day the personalization was done and fantastically so. It’s been almost a year and the shoes have held up marvelously. One small side note – you should be aware that there’s little to no arch support in the shoes. But that’s on the shoe, not the artist. We just couldn’t be happier at all with the experience or the product!

   Really disappointed with the service! I had to chase them up on a number of occasions to find out if the shoes were going to be delivered. Paid for 2 pairs of shoes, one came boxed and well presented (just what I ordered) the other came in a standard box and were not the same as the picture advertised and lacked any finshing touches, even though they were the more expensive pair. Really disappointed as they are gifts.

   I got these shoes exactly one year ago today and I can still honestly say that this is easily one of the best purchases I have ever made! Words cannot adequately express how sick these shoes are and they are still in great condition! They were really cooperative throughout the whole process. Talking through my reference pictures and sending me emails of updates so that they could really ensure that they were exceeding my expectations for these shoes. I also think that the price was very reasonable and just cannot rate them enough! I still recommend them to my friends and I hope to buy more custom made shoes from them very soon! (P.S. It's good to know that whoever designed my shoes, also has great taste in tv shows ;))

   Couldn’t ask for a more unbelievable experience. My fiancée and I went to Koko Art to customize a pair of shoes for a graduation and birthday gift. The end result well surpassed our expectations and it only took about 1 week to complete an entire pair of shoes. This is a great, personalized gift for your loved ones and we would 100% recommend.
