From our arrival in Edward's workshop we were put at ease. Edward is a natural teacher with a love for what he does and that is contagious. He gave clear instructions but was also incredibly attentive and stepped in when needed/we were getting a little tired. The day was really fun to top it all off! The rings we made are stunning - our friends and family cannot believe that we made them ourselves! He made sure it was all the right size and completely happy with all the intricate details, breaking down each bits of my tattoo. “My daughter had her ear lobes pierced today and the staff here made her feel so special. When we arrived Rose explained the process really well in a non-scary way, she was really friendly and so easy to chat to. Amy pierced my daughter’s ears and she was clam, patient and just lovely. We received lots of advice on cleaning the piercings and when we left my daughter was given a bravery certificate and stickers. I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back!”
