    Utterly useless click and collect. I ordered some stiff online and chose this branch as a pick up. Got email from Lloyds to say it was there on the 29th. I went a few days later and they said they didn't have it. I went away empty handed. I double checked my email and I was correct. I called them - same day - and now they "found" it. Went AGAIN to collect it the next day and they tried to waffle me with some old pony and trap that it had only come in today. What, a week after I had the email telling me it was there? Come on, pull the other one - it has bells on. Complete incompetence.

    Great customer service, quick and efficient staff. Its based in Sainburys supermarket so has a large free car park atm specsavers Argos & a cafe and more so its a one stop shopping experience. Also open till late which is great.
