WOW! I walked a mile in the rain for my flu vaccination appointment that I BOOKED through the NHS, only to be told by Well Pharmacy that they don't have any in stock. Deserving 1 star

Sue is lovely, unfortunately other staff come across quite hard faced and don't mind shouting your business across the room, Privacy is not taken into consideration here. No organisation in the front section just looks messy. Would be 1 star but the other star is for Sue.

Mad! Their internet is down so I canβt have a prescription thatβs been dispensed and sitting on a shelf, because they canβt log it has picked up! Absolutely shocking. GP said he will give me an emergency prescription. Thank goodness someone caresβ¦.

This pharmacy is nice and easy to reach. The place is neat and the staff are polite too. The place is spacious and free. I will recommend them to anyone.

If you are looking for help with your prescriptions for weeks. Surgery asks you to request the pharmacy to email them directly. You request the pharmacy and the staff tell you they cannot email the doctors. You ask them why? And they say because they 'ARE BUSY'. How would you react? Mind you, you are the one going back and forth between the surgery and the pharmacy. On top of that the member of staff had the audacity to HUNG UP on me. No justification for this behaviour!! Absolutely appalled.

They take too long to sort out prescriptions and blame this due to being short of staff. They are unorganized and there is not much to buy in store as most shelves are bare. When they do have prescriptions ready, they take too long to deal with customers to give the prescriptions to them.

Poor service dont bother with here, would give a no Star but can't, use somewhere else who knows what they are doing. Waited outside from 5.30pm was suposed to close at 6.45pm. Came out at 6.15 cant serve you all i got a son to get home to and finish at 6.30 and she will print prescriptions off. Locked the door again. Then 20 mins later said couldnt print them. Of course 15 people wernt happy, she couldnt handle it and said im not dealing with this and shut door again. All people wanted to know is where they get prescription from. All I wanted was my paper prescription back as mine wasnt electronic. So no anitbiotics for me. Worlds gone mad. Angry customers. What sort of chemist leaves pepole who are poorly standing outside for nearly 2hrs in the rain and locks the others inside. Over the time i was stood outside let 6 out unlocking door everytime but wouldnt let anyine else in. Sack the management

Absolutely appauling service is terrible have to. Chase up your prescription all time. I Collected my prescription And waiting on oweing which to me is vital injections .two weeks still trying. Chase this up phone the pharmacy 50 calls. And more not to be answered. Calls made each day and different times of day they have pick up but put down they can not botherd to answer calls not everyone can make it to the. Chemist so , a phone call to check up on my meds is there before I make my journey which not round the corner . I understand why the rating of this chemist is bad. I see all bad review. And this is another one added I shall not use the chemist no more .

Walked in with 3 paper prescriptions. Asked the saleswoman if they had medicines for my sick 3 month old son in stock and she tore up my prescription and handed it to the chemist. Meaning I couldn't take it anywhere else. I did not complain at the time, because they told me that waiting time was 1-2 days and my son was hospitalized at the time. Walked in the next day and they said the special order medicines take some time and that they couldn't source one of the special order medicines, because of a 'manufacturing issue', so I asked for the prescription back and they refused. Went back to hospital, explained and they gave me the name of a supplier that had 120 in stock with next day delivery. Went back to Well the next day to collect a special order medicine and explained that the hospital has kindly found them a supplier they could use, but they again refused and also refused to give a prescription. Acting like they've done me a favour, because they filled most of my son's prescription except one very important one. At this point I lost my composure and had a deserved go at the staff there for contributing to the hellish life experience we are going through. You'd find it easier to draw blood from a rock than find any sympathy or empathy in the staff working for Well Newton Heath - Droylsden Road. 'Computer says No' and thats that, common sense and human emotion are not available with these people. It took me a week of running around, calling and tearing my hair out to finally source the medicine they refused to order for my son and only finally through a hospital outpatient prescription after I begged a consultant to write me one. Everyone I tell this story to is absolutely disgusted by the treatment I got from this pharmacy, especially those who work in healthcare. I will never use Well Pharmacy again or any associated companies again. They also never answer the phone, any time or day. If I could give negative stars I would and its hard not to take this experience personally as it felt inhumane that they would not try help or even fix their fatal mistake, by tearing up my son's prescription when they didn't know they could source the medicines as I had asked.

Awful chemist, slow staff, 45 minutes waiting time, always missing an item In stock. I have also had to chase up orders in the past that have not been sent to my GPS surgery. Now they have started not answering the phone and the other week gave me too high a dose of tablets. 7.5mg instead of 2.5mg. Total gross incompetence, I will be making an official complaint especially about the wrong prescription which could have had fatal consequences had I not noticed.
