   I booked an online flu jab appointment with Kamsons, who were listed as my nearest pharmacy. However, when I arrived at my scheduled time, I was told they didn’t actually have any vaccines available. I’m not sure why I was able to book a flu jab at a location that couldn’t provide one. The staff were quite rude and told me to visit another nearby Kamsons instead. When I arrived at the second Kamsons pharmacy, I explained the situation and mentioned that I was short on time — but they still didn’t administer the vaccine, instead prioritising walk-ins who came after me. There was no apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. In the end, I got a refund and went to Boots the next day, where the process was quick and straightforward. Moral of the story: sometimes the nearest pharmacy isn’t the best — just go to Boots.

   Absolutely awful experience. I called Kamson Pharmacy while feeling really sick with COVID-like symptoms, just trying to ask if they had free tests. The girl who answered laughed and said no — like it was funny I was even asking. I said I’d pay, and only then did she check and tell me they’re £1. Then I asked if they deliver (because I was ill and trying not to go out), and she laughed again. Honestly, she basically laughed me off the phone. No compassion, no professionalism — just pure attitude. This is exactly why I dread calling healthcare places. You’re already vulnerable and unwell, and instead of help, you get laughed at like you're an inconvenience. It felt like high school mean girl behaviour — rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. If you’re working in a pharmacy, showing basic respect and understanding should be a given. If you can’t manage that, maybe this isn’t the job for you. I won’t be calling again.

   This is the second time I’ve been in this pharmacy, there’s no one at the counter, and at least 5 health staff in the back , I understand they are busy, but they all know I’m there and nobody says anything like I’m invisible, can’t someone say we will be with you shortly!!! customer service nil , it’s was 3/4 minutes before I got served and no apology

   Service is disgusting. I took a prescription in from quayside dental practice and the pharmacist Nazira Begum refused to prescribe it even though it was signed by the dentist and had the practice stamp on it when I went back to the dentist he couldn't believe it and came back over with me he had no I'd on him only his scrubs so could of been anybody she then decided to prescribe it then insisted on me giving her my full name and address before handing it over. No apology or anything ... disgusting service

   I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years and on the whole okay. I’ve gone in for a prescription today which was sent from my GPs yesterday. I’ve been made to wait. Whilst staff members were doing my prescription at the back and changing the directions of use. I could clearly see and hear them giggling and thought it was funny ? . I can only assume this was about my Medication which is linked to my medical complaint.The attitude of one of the young members of staff was disgusting. I challenged another member of staff who looked like she’d been caught in the headlights. I will be changing my pharmacy with immediate effect and will be taking my business elsewhere shame on you. !!!

   What a shambles . The staff seem to make sure friends are taken care of first . The manager seems to have no control over his staff. I have been waiting for 50 minutes for a prescription that was supposedly called out by one of the team , but I was siting only 5 feet from the counter . Another customer who was waiting had to go to the counter and ask why she waiting ; she was told the same your prescription was called out. Guess what , they did not have one of the items in stock .So I have to now run around to cover there incompetence. Stay way clear of this lot .
