Terrible service n customer dealing. I have left because of one female staff who seems to be senior but very rude, impolite n uncaring. Not helpful at all. She certainly needs some customer dealing training or sacking, if they really care n want not to lose their customers. I have read other customers reviews and wonder how they survive in this business with those bad reviews. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone I know.

I always get notified when to pick up my essential medication and staff is very helpful. Last time they even checked my blood pressure and the lady was very kind. Thank you!

Consistently poor service - if I could give one star I would. My parents are in their 80s and have multiple conditions and medications they need to take on a daily basis. This Pharmacy consistently 'lose' prescriptions on the shelf! making Pensioners come in several days on the run to pick up what is there but they've misplaced/given wrong numbers to/ haven't looked hard enough to find it etc. How hard is it to have a system?! Very, very poor.

Wasn't happy with the service today, apart from the fact that the dispenser of my medicine was making a meal out of how to say my name, which I could hear but didn't seem to bother her, that annoyed me, I was also kept waiting for a considerable amount of time too( and prescription sent to them about 90 mins earlier to my arrival!) Other people didn't have the same problem from what I could see. Not the first time I've experienced poor customer service and people skills . Won't be getting my prescriptions from them again.

Listed on the NHS website that this is a walking covid vaccination centre on Thursdays. But having travelled by bus, in the rain to be abruptly told it's not.

I received a notification yesterday to advise that my prescription had been dispense and was ready for collecting. I’ve just called into the branch on Finney Lane to collect it and been told by a staff member that “as the pharmacist is on lunch and off-site, they can’t dispense the prescription”. I explained to the staff member that it had been dispensed by the pharmacist yesterday and that I was just here to collect it, but was again advised that “as the pharmacist isn’t here, we can’t give it to you” and should come back later. I decided to buy some paracetamol instead and so asked where they were, only to be told that I couldn’t be sold them either “because the pharmacist was off-site”! Although I appreciate that employees are entitled to a lunch break, as a business and service provider there needs to be a contingency in place to ensure that there’s a consistent service able to be provided because at this present time it isn’t being. This type of thing can have a massive impact on people, particularly those that are elderly, have limited mobility or are disable. Alternatively, they should just make a decision that they close for a lunch break. This branch has been atrociously managed for a good while now and doesn’t have any care for customers at all. If you try to complain in-branch, staff are disinterested, it ends up being excuse after excuse or someone else is to blame (when it’s actually no one else’s fault but their own). I’ve raised this previously on other review sites but todays incident is the icing on the cake in relation to their bad service. I just don’t actually get the point of this Pharmacy if this is the approach that they take so will be complaining to their head office and also getting my prescriptions redirected elsewhere in the future. If you have a choice to do this yourself, I’d seriously recommend that you do the same.

Avoid at all costs. You have options, use them. First gave me the wrong prescription, and when I went back and pointed this out, tried denying it and then didn't give me a refund for the wrong prescription. There's a reason why the other pharmacy is busy. Customer service needs alot of attention. Not happy.
