   Phone answered quickly. I don’t think people understand that the staff are incredibly busy. Zara at this pharmacy was extremely helpful trying to order a prescription drug that was proving particularly difficult to get hold of. She didn’t rush me on the phone, explained clearly and I felt she had done everything she could.

   So my gp used to be amazing, not anymore today ( not for the first time ) doctor refused to examine me and check if i have hernia or gallbladder or whatever because i booked appoitment over month ago for back pain and it is not related to back pain . I might need to go to hospital to be checked, as gp refused to give appoitment sooner than 23 may. Patientent is not a doctor , we do not know what symptoms might be connected to what disease yet we r not allowed to mention anything as thete is " 1 appoitment 1 reason" kind of thing going on. I make sure if it turn out i do need a scan i do need a surgery if i will need to be taken by ambulance in the near future i will sue Dr Grocoock and management of the surgery for neglagance. I did raised concern, i did asked to be seen by different doctor and i was refused. I was refused to be examined even im in pain and i collapsed 3 x within past 3 days time and i told her about it. It is a joke how people are treated now in this particular gp.

   Twice I've been told my prescription will be ready on a certain date, only to be told it needs to be ordered in when turning up on or after said advised date. I followed all current guidance to not over-order during the pandemic, and will still leave a good few days between requesting the prescription and when I will run out in case of any issues. But to be advised when it's going to be ready, only for that to essentially become a lie, is unfair. The prescription in question, I don't mind sharing is an anti-depressant, effects of which are felt pretty severely if a: not taken for even 1 day, nevermind an even greater wait and b: have significant effects when having to go back on to them after a break from them that was not your fault. Someone I know works for the controlling pharmaceutical company, and knows it is not a drug with any current or even recently known supply issues, and he will be lodging a formal complaint. Really unimpressed, will be moving to an online service.

   It's a really good chemist they are really quick no messing around other chemist your waiting more than 30 minutes but here your in and out I love the way the pharmacist always goes out of his way to ask if your ok and the girls are lovely too.x

   Roland's pharmacy on Alan Turing way is the best chemist I have ever used... They usually have everything I need and if not you can guarantee it will be there the next day...The pharmacist is very nice and nothing is ever to much trouble for any of the ladies I have found them all fantastic... I've been using the chemist for roughly three years now and never had the slightest bit of trouble...all the others I've used there's always been something missing and there was always something they didn't have...I would recommend it to anybody.
