   I went to my local pharmacy for a COVID jab, they told me they were not doing it but they contacted wise pharmacy to check if they could take me. They said yes and that I could go see them now. I got there 20 minutes later for them to tell me the person doing the vaccine is not here on Monday. I explained my local pharmacy contacted them while I was there and specifically told me to see them right away. They said to maybe check back after 15:30, 2hours 30 minutes later. I am baffled, I told them it was back practice on their part and left. Avoid, they have no clue what they are doing.

   It’s now more then a week I have been asking for my prescription to be delivered, everyday when I phone, I get told an excuse, or thwt will be delivered today and nothing ever arrives! Or what they have sent it’s the wrong thing, horrible work ethical ! I am going trying my best to change pharmacy because this people are not interested in doing their job properly and with pride

   You never gets owing from this pharmacy, every time you visit l, you come back with full set of prescriptions nothing is never out of stock with this guys. Love this pharmacy.

   This pharmacy is highly unorganised. Every time I’ve been to get my meds there’s something they do not have and owe. Which I have to chase for a very long time.. When trying to get in touch the phone is never answered. There is no function or way to get around. Everyone piles on. And the staff look over worked, stressed and sometimes even be talking about the patients. It’s not a very welcoming or professional pharmacy.

   Avoid ! Poorly run and managed, never answer the phone or have stock have to wait upwards of an hour for medication the staff have no customer service skills and can't handle any amount of pressure save yourself stress and don't come here the only saving grace is Tariq who it seems can't have a day off or the whole operation falls face first

   Worst pharmacy in Manchester. Dont answer phone calls, when you go there to collect the prescription medicine just make sure you should have 1 to 2 hours free coz they will make you to wait there. I would say they r super slowwww.

   Been using this pharmacy for many years now. It was quite bad before, but recently got a bit better: there still are some issues with the customer service, but at least it is easier to contact them and some of the staff is more helpful. They should do better opening times during bank holidays, though.

   The pharmacists are so kind and helpful. The first time I had to go to the pharmacy I wanted to buy something for about £15 and the pharmacist recommended something for £2 that worked just as good. The most recent time, the pharmacists at wise were able to help me more than my gp. Can’t praise them enough.
