   It's slightly hard to find as it's nestled in with a block of flats. The staff are excellent. I came here after I realised I hadn't collected my prescription from where I live in the north east of England. Instead of charging me the usual prescription charge for an emergency prescription of a couple of tablets, they informed me that if I called my designated Pharmacy and asked them to take the prescription off SPINE, then they would be able to download it on their end, which meant I was able to get a complete prescription.

   The service from the pharmacist is excellent. He is empathetic, patient, knowledgeable, and represents wise pharmacy to high standards. The pharmacy assistant who has worked there for many years. Helped me when she saw that I was in pain. She went above and beyond. There is good teamwork, and the pharmacy cleanliness is good.

   My elderly Mum's prescription should have been delivered Friday morning. She stayed in to make sure she got it. Door bell plays a tune when rang. Nothing. Got to Friday afternoon, Mum chased it up to find the the 'driver' had called 3 times to deliver it! She'd been sat there on sofa all day waiting. When she questioned it she was told " are you calling the driver a liar"? So I will have to travel from Wilmslow to make sure she gets it. Customer satisfaction: Zero

   I’ve been coming here for about a year now for my monthly prescription + the staff are just so friendly. Sorted every time, even when I lost my prescription the other day had a new one ready in 24hrs. The guy in charge is one of the kind and gentlest people I’ve met - I definitely feel safe + like I can ask any questions I might have ☺️

   Last month I was visiting my partner in Manchester when we had to isolate due to Covid19. This was extremely stressful as I am on various medications that I really cannot go without. The pharmacist at Wise pharmacy was absolutely amazing. He worked so hard to organise an emergency prescription to me (within 24 hours!!) Not only did I feel supported by the pharmacy and the pharmacist, I felt they truly cared for me and their other patients well being. Thank you Wise Pharmacy !!!!

   Wonderful and knowledgeable staff who are always keen to help. I called 111 late at night with an issue and they suggested that I call the pharmacy (they were my nominated pharmacy) in the morning. Received a call from the pharmacy in the morning checking in on the issue, answering questions I had about medication, and recommending next steps / who to consult in case the matter escalates. This was very much appreciated!
