The worst pharmacy ever! They will do absolutely anything to avoid preparing a prescription. Also very rude staff.

The staff and the pharmacists are absolutely fantastic at Boots on Burnage Lane. They are always so polite, pleasant, friendly and helpful when I've needed help with my meds. Such a hard working little team at the store. The pharmacist Amina in particular was amazing when she made time for me during a busy period at the pharmacy to talk with me about my concerns regarding my medication and the side effects I was experiencing. Amina was so supportive, polite, honest, patient yet professional, taking responsibility for my medication/pharmacy care. Amina was very supportive of my questions talking me through the medication process/doses etc (as I have different ones to take daily) to meet my needs and preferences. Amina was paying attention to every detail I was giving her and gave me valuable information and advice. By far the best pharmacy I have been to and will continue to have my scripts sent there. The team give so much importance to patient care and even during the busiest hours, which can be overwhelming and stressful, the staff at Burnage still smile through the turbulence and serve patients with excellent customer service even if they are feeling swamped. The positive attitude of pharmacist Amina and the team is infectious. God bless you all.

My daughter has worked at this store for 18 years and i am appalled at some of these comments. Through covid all the staff worked through to keep patients safe and well and they got nothing but a lot of abuse because people had to queue up as it is a small store. People weren't complaining about having to wait to get into tesco or asda. Non of the staff in that store are racist and everytime I have been in when bust they have been nothing but patient and always have time for patients. People always tell me how lovely and kind my daughter is and the rest of the staff are in that store and burnage needs this chemist. They always go above and beyond for patients. Blame the government for the guidelines not them

I can’t believe the last reviews I have just read. This is the best chemist I have ever been to. The staff are amazing - extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have a number of complicated issues and they, particularly Amina, always make sure that the combinations I have been prescribed are safe and correct and that I understand exactly why and when to take my medications. If something I need is not available they always get it by the following day. I am so grateful to this little shop.

The worst pharmacy ever. Staff lack simple morals as well as professionalism. They will do absolutely anything to avoid preparing a prescription. The pharmacist Amna and manager Lisa are both rude and obnoxious as well as ungrateful. There is only one pharmacist called Anna who is professional and shows patient centred care, but unfortunately she works part time. I have had several encounters with other staff, particularly Amna and Lisa, where I have never been able to get mine or my parents scripts punctually. As per the NICCE laws they can no longer dispense blister packs for elderly patients and have point blank refused to prepare medications. I didn’t pick my prescription for a few days and they destroyed my script, leaving me without medication! I have decided to change pharmacy due to the horrendous service. Over the years, my family have shown so much gratitude to the staff by whole heartedly giving gifts, chocolates and other goodies, and everything has been thrown back in our faces. Please avoid this place.

I visited this store with my husband and son, for flu injections on 30/9/2021, Excellent treatment from staff, and especially Amina, in dealing with my son , who has special needs. Amina was so caring and patient , whilst putting Cameron at ease. I would have no hesitation in reco.mending this store to others. Thank you
