The whole reason we make appointments is that we are all busy ,9.50am appointment i arrive early at 9.42am as I walk in 3 members of staff are chatting to a customer one was tge pharmacist lady ,it took one of them a couple of minutes to serve notice and serve me and am only a foot away ,please take a seat . People coming in and out to collect medicines etc . 10 am still not seen to went to the counter to see how long more is going to be before I get seen to ,the lady asked again what my name was again, I reminded her my name and time again,she then went over to the pharmacist who was chatting to the customer for 10mins nothing to do with medicine or ailments. The pharmacist not being apologetic said she is busy and won't be long ,I replied we are all busy thats why make appointments. They didn't apologise for keeping me waiting another few minutes or that they were running late ,that's 15 minutes late from my appointment time . No apologises or sorry for the delay ,but the 3 of them can chat and gossip at the counter with a customer at the expense of other people's time. I will never step foot in that shop again or use the Well pharmacy brand again ,is it any wonder they are closing down at a rapid rate ,zero customer service and not professional. I am very disappointed with the staff and the company they work for .

Disgusting attitudes, can't be bothered to help you, now being fined Β£100 because the idiots ticked the wrong box on my prescription to say it was free even though I paid. When going multiple times to try and get some answers or proof of purchase was sent on a merry go round between themselves and head office who apparently don't keep receipts or records or purchase for longer than a week. Changed pharmacy now as customer service is diabolical.

Where do I begin with how absolutely diabolical this Well Pharmacy - Shaw is. They close early, open late, rude staff, send out text messages advising prescription is ready to collect when it isn't. Give the wrong medication, clearly not checked by a second staff member, wrong label on meds. Staff turnover looks to be a joke. Really disgusted with how terrible the service has been. The pharmacist was dismissive and didn't offer any solution or apology. The staff appeared disorganized and unresponsive when I inquired about the delay. Additionally, the overall store environment was not well-maintained, and the customer service was lacking in efficiency and professionalism. I expected a much higher standard of service and will be considering other pharmacies moving forward.

Joke of a place told to go for meds via nhs 111 as canβt get docs appointment he asked loads of daft questions then said go back to doctors ! Was miserable as sin thankfully not my normal chemist 45 minute wait for a 2 min questionnaire to be told to go to doctors ! Joke

Appalling. Apparently it's okay to mess pensioners around by expecting them to make repeat visits when the prescription that should be ready isn't. They won't deliver unless housebound which is fair enough IF prescriptions are actually ready when they should be. There's always an excuse, but never a valid one. I've tried to email their head office but the address on the website doesn't even work! Says it all really.

I don't understand how you can be that rude to people and still have a customer facing job. Every time you go, your prescription is never ready as "it is coming in on the delivery today....". If you are going there for Penicillin you would be better growing some mould at home, you would get it quicker.

The staff are very slow, their attitudes sometimes leave a lot to be desired. Many times you go there and they havenβt even got your prescription ready. I know many people who have left and gone elsewhere

I have been a customer for a few years now and always found it very efficient until lately where they don't seem to have a full time pharmacist on site. The queues are getting longer outside full of frustrated customers. However, I will say that the pretty young girl with shoulder length blonde hair on the desk is very efficient and very good at calming the angry customers down. She really does go the extra mile which is refreshing these days.

This has been our pharmacy for years and we won't go anywhere else. Fiona and her team are warm, friendly and professional. They often go beyond to ensure our prescriptions are made up as soon as possible. During the pandemic we have had our prescriptions delivered and we are looking forward to being able to see Fiona and her team again in person.
