   I Have returned to this pharmacy as the previous antagonistic pharmacist seems to have left. The older gentleman was consistently rude and seemed to treat women disrespectfully. I had a lot of experiences of this nature prior to the chemist’s changes. This pharmacy has now been renovated and new staff are in place. They are wonderful, friendly, easy to approach and try their best every time I speak to them. I recommend this pharmacy at the moment and have been back with them for over a month now. No problems whatsoever during this time.

   Use this pharmacy for 2years without issue but the last 6months they’ve gone right down hill. Would be an ok pharmacy to just nip in and pick up a standard script but the delivery service is abysmal, the opening hours are inconvenient and communication is non-existent unless you yourself contact them and push your case which is not the way it should be given they are paid to provide a service. No longer using them now using a pharmacy based in a neighbouring town who have a top notch delivery service.

   Amazing pharmacy. Had to wait over a week and 1/2 after ordering for my sons prescription milk at different pharmacy’s, now it’s ready the same day of the day after and the communication is always great.

   The only pharmacy in the 18 that I tried who stocked my prescription. Although they only had 2 tablets in, the pharmacist released them to me and had the remaining amount ordered for next day. I was told that they would be ready for 2pm,which was exactly right. I walked in and they were doing it then. 2 mins sit down and I was well away! They put most other pharmacies to shame. They have a perfectly run business. No ones stood about chatting and not one customer was ignored by staff..

   I have used Lifestyle pharmacy for 10 years now and always found the pharmacists to be very helpful kind , It is a excellent community Pharmacy. I don't usually have my prescription delivered but yesterday the weather was shocking all day and they sent my medication down via delivery service , thank you very much .

   Very disapointed with the service supplying medication for a 95 year old lady. The home called on two occations for her repeat medication that never turned up. So the Bank Holiday was taken up trying to get medication. The time is now 3 pm and still waiting. We will be changing who delivers her medication as this has happened on three occasions.Gave one star too many.
