   Why why why does nobody answer the phone at this pharmacy. It’s ridiculous. What if it’s an urgent matter it’s the worst pharmacy ever. It’s hit and miss with the text messages they are supposed to send when your prescription is ready many times I have had to go in the store to see if it is ready and it is but they haven’t bothered .

   This pharmacy is extremely below par. The staff never answer the telephone. Also, it takes them 72 hours to process an electronic prescription for 1 item which they initially denied ever having received. Not only is this dishonest and raises concerns of probity but also concerningly unprofessional. I will be not be using their services in future - as I believe everyone else should also avoid such ignorant and negligent people.

   The worst pharmacy in Oldham. I've lost count of the times they send me a text to collect a prescription, then it's not ready or out of stock. Today my GP sent a prescription down this morning, I went to collect at 8pm and got told to come back tomorrow. There were 3 staff plus the pharmacist and the queue was huge. What a shambles. I've just changed my nominated pharmacy in the NHS App to Tesco.

   use to be good service but not now most of time you have to visit the store to find out if your prescription ready. before they used to send me messages when it's ready. now they don't bother. now iam thinking of to move somewhere else

   Phone doesn't get answered. Have tried and tested and called on different days at various times and no answer. They take forever to get a prescription ready..... absolutely abysmal service.

   Been 5 times now to pick my order up from them and all i have been waiting for are bandages and they still ain't arrived asked for others and they ain't got any not pleased at all . They were no help at all

   This afternoon I needed advice on a good product for a bad, persistent cough. The staff and pharmacist were really helpful, patient in listening and even wrote down a few solutions for me to try. They are good people and I will be singing their praises. Other places could learn from these people in how to help the public. Many thanks.
