   This boots is fantastic all the staff are excellent but ralhan stands out, always helpful and checks you know what your doing with your medication, and then rings a week later to make sure everything is ok, excellent and helpful staff

   Went for my flu vaccine, 2 members of staff walked straight past me and totally ignored me carrying on their chat. The chap who gave the vaccine was very nice and polite,in and out in a few minutes. I have to say though the shop itself needs a good clean,I went in an hour after opening and the shop floor was filthy,looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while!

   Yes. The doctors and Government informs us to get advice from the Chemist. What a joke. The Chemist are now like the Doctors. 30 minutes trying to phone Boots. What a joke. Half of Chadderton use this Chemist at Chadderton but no ONE will answer the phone. What a set of under workers we have in todays society.

   BEEN IN THE SHOP SEVERAL TIMES,EACH TIME THE SAME,WAITING AGES TO BE SERVED WHILE 3 OR 4 STAFF JUST STAND THERE EITHER DOING NOTHING OR TALKING BETWEEN THEMSELVES,WHEN YOU DO EVENTUALLY GET A MEMBER OF STAFF TO COME AND SEE YOU THEY CANT GET RID OF YOU QUICK ENOUGH.PATHETIC.

   Chadderton precinct stores are generally rather busy. Particularly the Post Office (p.s terrible service in there!). Anyway, on this visit, I went to Boots for pharmacy services, the queues in there are sometimes very long and the wait can be atrocious. At times you find yourself wondering whether you should wait any longer. I would give it 3* if it wasn't for the pharmacist - Nazira, I think that's what she is called. Lovely young lady, very professional and very informative and answered my questions thoroughly and patiently. Other staff are also friendly and helpful but the wait in the queue really let's them down. They generally stock a variety of things as do most Boots. The store is rather large inside, also looks rather outdated, it could really do with updating or lighting in the correct places. I will visit again to see if the wait times improve.

   I love boots in general...but the one at Chadderton.....is busy prescriptions and the atmosphere is awful...makes you feel you should not be their, it's stand wait your turn and go....dread going in ......

   Absolutely disgusting service, stood 5 minutes waiting to hand in a prescription while a woman stood at the till doing nothing. Finally the woman at the till out her phone down and decided to take the prescription from me, said nothing about waiting time, didn't ask me if I even was waiting just took it and walked away. Debra I think her name was.
