   The staff here are really unhelpful, rude and not interested in offering a decent service. I will use the other pharmacy on church road as at least they have manners and actually treat their customers with some respect and professionalism.

   Awful service. I went to collect a prescription, that had been approved over 2 days ago and was told by the assistant that it wasn't ready and I would have to wait an hour for her to check the stock. I then told her I know you have it because when i came in on Friday the other assistant showed me the prescription and told me once the doctor approves it I can then come and collect it. After then telling her I can't come back later because I have work and i ran out of the prescription last week she told me to wait for the text message, which would at least be later today. I left the chemist, quite shocked and appalled that she was unwilling to help a patient that is without a vital prescription because she couldn't be bothered to check, low and behold 5 minutes later on my drive away i get the text message that it is there ready to collect. Absolutely shocking to be honest! Complete lack of care and to be honest sheer laziness to even go and check that the prescription was already there. I'll be changing pharmacies now.

   I called into this pharmacy on my way to Manchester airport as I was panicking that I’d forgotten my medication for my holiday and didn’t have time to go back to Stoke on Trent. I was helped by Lili who managed to sort out some medication for me. She was so kind and helpful! They were a God send to me and I’m extremely grateful for their help. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for their care and dedication to help. 5 stars! Xx

   Fabulous local Community service My mums prescription was ready but I was out of area and my sister was on holiday. Mums 86 and doesn't drive and couldn't walk that far to pick up the prescription. I called to explain and Aggie (who doesn't drive) is going to walk to mums to hand her the medications. Warms my heart to know there are still good people and local services in the world

   Really helpful staff. Great experience as a customer. Far better than my old chemists (which shall remain nameless). I also get my dogs prescription here (human drugs for canine use with a special prescription) and they were just as caring about my dog as they were about me.

   Went for my fly jab and I was amazed, didn't feel a thing! Told the pharmacist (I think he's called Stephen or Stuart?) that I always bleed after any injection and he told me he was that confident he wasn't even going to give me a plaster and he was right! Made me feel really comfortable, will definitely be going again for any medical needs!

   Excellent Care and Support Whenever I have visited the shop or phoned for advice, the staff have been attentive, caring and professional. Prescriptions are dispensed quickly and the phone call to say it is ready is always very helpful. All staff at the shop have been kind and willing to assist. I would particularly like to thank Stephen the pharmacist for his help and advice, but all of the pharmacists on duty have been knowledgeable, professional and supportive. Well done to all the Team in Gatley
