My husband waited 40 minutes for an antibiotic that was on their shelf and staff didnβt even had ti prepare the quantity needed as it was given in the original brand new box as it comes sealed from the manufacturer for a 7 days dosage. There was only 3 customers all waiting and 6 staff inside, all staff talking between them and with two other customers about random stuff instead of improving their customer service as we all were there looking at them desperate for getting our medication. Super disappointed and a proper waste of time going in there. He is definitely NEVER going back in there!

This must be the worst chemist going every time i go in i have to wait for over 30 minates or more for my medication And the staff are so ignorant i was told everest chemist in grove village up the road is far more better then this shocking service at this place

Avoid this pharmacy. I thought I would be able to pop in and quickly buy off-the-shelf medication on my way to the train station, but there was no self-check out station and no register appart from the prescription counter. Waited 10 minutes to try to buy a 3$ pack of tablets and eventually had to leave without medication because I had to catch my train. Really frustrating.

This chemist is so bad. A particular girl in here is so so rude.she is NOT happy in her work and she talks to people terrible, she's been like that for months. People go in there to collect medication because they are not well, we do not need someone talking to us horrible, they chat amongst themselves with respect so why don't they talk to the customers with respect, it's like they are doing us a favour by serving us. They ask if we have phoned in about our prescription,, they NEVER answer the phone...zero stars...

I would rate no stars if it would let me. The staff are so incompetent its actually shocking. Each time I'm there it's a 25-30 minute wait because they are "just sorting it now". Got my name wrong 3 times. And forgot one of my anti depressants on a Friday the day before they close for the weekend. Whoever hired them, you seriously need to do a work performance review because they all need training in customer service and the only and main job they've got to do... Check to make sure the patient has the correct medicine. It's really not that hard. It's the only pharmacy in the area that had the same issues each time. I really would recommend going to ANY other pharmacy as it will most likely be quicker and more professional.

Absolute shambles, only went to pick up a click and collect, queue outside of the pharmacy, the man in-front of me had been waiting 30 mins as the people inside werenβt being served. Another 15 mins wait once I got inside. Two staff members laughing at their phones in one room, 3 at the back chatting amongst themselves and no one serving customers. Staff take no notice of the build up of customers. How they can offer such a shabby service in a busy city centre pharmacy and get away with it I donβt know. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

I came to collect my prescription as my doctor told me to come and I need the medication urgent staff told me no prescription under my name and she asked me to go to receptionist I went and Kindly he check there is a prescription and he printed to me and asked my to go again. I went again to pharmacist she said that she couldnβt use the code on prescription and she refuse to contact the receptionist herself she asked me to go back again ?!! !? I went again and receptionist issued again to pharmacist , I went to pharmacy for the third time and she asked me to wait as it will take 5 to 20 minutes ?! I wait for one and half hour and I still didnβt get my medicine ?!! Each time staff says I will download again ? And not checking the computer unless I asked Then I left as my kids and husband freezing from cold waiting for me outside pharmacy Very bad experience
