   Drove here late last night for an emergency pregnancy test as it was the only place open on a Sunday night. I arrived just before midnight and got served and the man helped me with all I needed! Tested and it’s positive!! Thank you so much :) been waiting for this day all year!!

   Came in for an emergency supply for medication after leaving mine in another city and I was quickly and kindly seen by a beautiful girl named iyah. She was absolutely helpful and understanding towards my needs, she had a gentle demeanour especially with the way she speaks. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

   I appreciate that others may have had a poor experience, however, I found that Abdul, the gentleman at the counter, was understanding, helpful and respectful. Having forgotten my inhaler at home whilst on business in Manchester, he guided me through the NHS 111 online service and arranged for the medication that I needed to be provided. The pharmacist, Muhammad, was equally professional and respectful. Based on my experience, I think the staff and service are excellent and I had no problem whatsoever with the people that I dealt with.

   A friendly helpful pharmacy. I spoke with two Chemists, both called Ibrahim. They were very professional and knowledgeable. On the counter the girl who initially served me was helpful and discreet. The service was very quick, on a day when the shop was busy. A welcoming atmosphere, which is great. Would highly recommend this one.

   A couple days ago, I phoned 111 regarding two prescriptions i’m taking. i wanted to know if i could take them both together or if they would clash and cause side affects/be dangerous to take together. She let me know she had contacted this pharmacy, gave me their number, and so i called for a response. the only reason this review has two stars instead of one, is because i did get through to them on the first go. however it wasn’t a very pleasant phone call. i directly explained to the person i spoke to my enquiry, and he continued to speak over me, disregarding my question and was giving me answers to completely different questions. it didn’t matter how many times i explained, it was as though he was ignoring my initial question on purpose. he sounded completely irritated the second he got on the phone, as if he really did not want to be there talking to me. after a long phone call i finally got the response i needed to a simple question, and i presumed that this was done. fast forward a couple days, i receive a phone call from the same guy at this pharmacy very late at night, who is positive he doesn’t recognise me and hasn’t spoken to me. i explained the situation entirely again. he continued to say he didn’t recognise me and we hadn’t spoken, and was drilling me about why i called 111. i explained again, to which he replied “okay so do you want me to contact your doctor or are you going to do it”. i don’t need to speak to my doctor!! i’ve already received my information, why am i being called? it takes a while for him to finally realise he HAS spoken to me, he says nevermind, and ends the call abruptly. i’m extremely dissatisfied, i believe people should feel comfortable and safe when contacting professionals regarding their health and well-being, however, i myself struggle with severe social anxiety, and getting a phone call from a number i dont recognise at night did freak me out. just call me during the day! or cross check my phone call to 111 with phone calls you have received to your pharmacy. just don’t ring people in the middle of the night, especially when you can see on my record that i’m taking prescribed sleeping pills!

   I didn't find the price on the article I was looking for (I am not sure any item at all had it) and the seller seemed to say it randomly, didn't gave me a note and neither the correct change. I don't know how a store like that is still let open. And it's just in the city center. What a shame for Manchester

   Really helpful and friendly. I needed an urgent prescription dispensed in about 10 mins on my way from Doncaster to Manchester airport as my local pharmacy did not have the medication I needed, thank you so much
