   I have been a loyal customer of Butlergreen Pharmacy since childhood, and I have always experienced exceptional service from both the staff and management. I've never encountered any rudeness. Many of the negative reviews I've seen seem fabricated, although some do have validity. I encourage anyone considering leaving a negative review to first speak with management. They can check the CCTV footage to identify the issue and work towards a resolution. This approach might be beneficial for everyone involved. Thank you. Kind regards, Bawa Malik

   Extremely rude front of staff. Don't know her name but she wore a pendant with M I believe and is there regularly at the front. Went in at a quiet time and with one customer already served and she ignored me for 10 mins whilst I was standing at the counter. Didn't say hello or say there's a wait which I would've been fine with but just coldly blanked me. Had to speak up to be served. Looking at other reviews think she has a problem with ethnic customers whilst super friendly with regulars. Disgusting behaviour. Might be time to find a new pharmacy which is a shame as rest of staff including pharmacists are great. She seems to be the cause of the delays and complaints

   What a lovely staff, Ruth goes above & beyond for her patients and she is really calming when talking to you, never irate, I have dealt with Ruth directly recently and she has been really helpful. They always have smiles on their faces when I enter and often Moira greets me by my name which I find nice too, in all the years I have used them I have never had any issues with the staff, great pharmacy to use

   I’ve used Butler Green pharmacy for a while and I won’t go to any other the pharmacy now. To start with I was greeted in a friendly manner. It was quite a busy time that I attended the pharmacy and I was asked politely to just wait a few moments before I could be seen. Ruth, the pharmacist was wonderful. She was able to advise me on the best course of treatment and she couldn’t do more to help me. Thank you !

   I experienced an excessive wait before my prescription was filled. During this time the staff was unhelpful and did not communicate clearly about the delay. This lack of communication and extended waiting time caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience, particularly given that prescriptions often relate to urgent health needs. I respect the important work that pharmacists do, but I believe the level of service I experienced fell short of what patients should expect. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that measures be taken to ensure better communication with patients and more efficient service in the future. Customer service clearly needs work and manners.

   The woman that works there clearly thinks she is more intelligent than the customers she serves. Every time a person asked for an item or asked for advice she looked at them as if they were thick and repeated what they said. And then when she repeated it, in her weird sarcastic way she then seemed to understand what then were asking. Then when I went up and asked for ‘tooth numbing gel’ instead of saying ‘yes we have some’ she says ‘oh teeth numbing gel, you mean the ..... (brand name)’. Like we should know the brand names for the drugs / creams. Pathetic

   Absolutely disgusting pharmacy! Avoid like the plague! Even the managers are rude, unhelpful and ignorant. The poor girl running the desk asked 5 times, after I explained I had already been into the pharmacy that day for the prescription, if my sons prescription had been done or if someone could locate it. She was completely ignored by the SIX yes that is right SIX members of staff in the back. It took me to raise my voice and shout for a manager to actually get one of them to look up or even acknowledge the girl was stood there or any customers were present. Even then I was met by blank stares and not a one answered until the owner/guy running the pharmacy came flying out from his cubby hole shouting at me for shouting over to the other members of staff then took the poor girl that was trying to help me into the back and had the cheek to reprimand her for me being dis-satisfied with the service of the other members of staff (he was heard shouting by me and two other customers). I was then told my sons prescription would be made up then which took 2 mins rather than the usual 15 minutes while staff stand around chatting. I was then greeted by a very rude woman with a disgraceful attitude who then started to try "explaining" why no one was doing any actual work. I told her that I was not interested in her explanation and that I would never return to the pharmacy again. Which I will not! A bit of advice to people that want prescriptions done in a timely and respectful manner, sign up for pharmacy2u. They will deliver to your door so you don't even need to wait for anything to be dispensed and postage is free!!!! FYI to the guy running the place if this is removed I WILL add it again to ensure people know what your's and your staffs attitude is towards customers.
