I went to Everest Pharmacy in Wythenshawe for a blood pressure check, and it showed my blood pressure was high. The pharmacist suggested a free 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, which I really appreciated. At the end of the 24 hours, it was confirmed that I do have high blood pressure. Mazz, the pharmacist who helped me, was extremely friendly, professional, and very informative throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well supported. Excellent service and genuinely caring staff. I highly recommend Everest Pharmacy, Wythenshawe.

Wonderful and friendly staff. All are extremely well versed in NHS proclivities and always helpful when a problem may arise whereby a prescription isn't fulfilled either by my own fault or administration delays, I have always found them to fulfill emergency supplies when needed. They have a sincere and considerate level of patient focus and customer service. Always a pleasure.

This pharmacy helped me so much when several others in the area failed to have my emergency prescription or attempt to order it in. Everest pharmacy not only ordered it for me to collect later that day the staff were all extremly helpful and understanding. Well done and would highly recommend.

One staff member here is so unprofessional and incompetent. I came here on Monday morning (23rd June 2025) and found they had builders in and working. I arrived as they opened their doors and handed my prescription to a woman with blondish grey hair and glasses. She took the prescription and said they don't have it in. I asked can she order it in. She took it to where the counter used to be and did something then shouted to me "it's been ordered. Come back tomorrow" I said ok and left. (The manager can check the CCTV if they like. It happened exactly as I said. No note being handed to me or anything.) I then remembered I had something booked for Tues so rang them and told another woman who works there my details and the prescription info and said I need to come on weds instead. She said that's fine. So that's two people who are aware I left a prescription. Weds rolls around. A woman with black curly hair (she's great) said there's nothing that's been ordered for me in a month. Odd since I came here two days before. She went to look for the prescription. No sign. Asked me who took it. I told her. She went to find the woman I handed it to. That woman stood with her and said "I didn't take a prescription from her. If I did I would have given her a note to say it's been ordered" she stood there lying and claiming I was lying about it. I've been here before and never been given a note unless they had part of the meds and owed me the rest. And not a single person asked me "do you have a note?" So she was making things up to try to cover her back. A male pharmacist (he's great too) came to help and in the end found the prescription (huh. So they did have it, she did take it and was being incompetent and unprofessional and claiming the customer was lying). He said the builders must have moved it. 1. The builders shouldn't be touching things like that. They should be asking the pharmacists to move sensitive pieces of information like that. 2. That woman should not be working there if she can't remember something and so will make up lies to try to cover herself and make customers look bad. And as I said, the manager should rewatch the CCTV and they'll see she took the prescription and never handed me a note then claimed to have never taken anything from me.

I came to pick up the tablets, first I was told that they didn't have the prescription, I asked them to check it took a while and I was told that they would be ready in 15 minutes, I came back after the time had passed, I picked it up and was informed that they didn't have 3 items in stock, then at home I saw that they didn't have everything, that 4 items were missing except for what they didn't have on stock, I went back Karen without checking said that they didn't have the prescription for the rest, I went home I called the GP and was told that everything had been sent, so I went again, Karen still insisted that they didn't have it, but her colleague checked and found the missing part of the prescription in the system. Then Karen said that I had to wait 15 minutes, I waited 30 minutes where others were served in 2-5 minutes. in the meantime I heard Karen saying some insults to others which were directed towards me, I kindly ask the pharmacy owners to check the CCTV on 13.05.25 between 3pm and 5:20pm The treatment of Karen is unacceptable!

Great service, staff are always so polite and helpful. They always go out of their way to get products even when they don’t have it in stock, and there are no half hour waits, unlike other pharmacies.

Wants to charge £30-40 for eye drops because they're in demand but I can get them online for £5 taking advantage of people with poorly kids. Just made the price up on the spot hence £30-£40 like I was bartering for a car. I'll refrain from using the language that I'd like to use but you can imagine. Despite what the owner wrote below this is true and I managed to pick up this medicine for £7 from Timperley (Station Pharmacy) and £5 online. I've no reason to make this up. I was not told to get a prescription from the doctors for free at all I'd not even mentioned they were for my child. I even repeated back the costs that the guy mentioned on the phone as I was so shocked.
