   I have never known such a terrible pharmacy. It NEVER has anything in on prescription. On a bus to Timperley to get my items. Don't rely on this pharmacy. Its an absoloute joke!

   My GP prescribed me antibiotics for a chest infection and said the pharmacy had them in 5 minutes. At the pharmacy, I immediately received a leaflet telling me to wait 72 hours. I told her the doctor said they had them in 5 minutes. The pharmacist tried to convince me there wasn't a prescription. I gave my name, surname, date of birth, and NHS number. After literally six searches, she said she'd found it. Then she told me to come back in an hour. I returned an hour later, and the pills still weren't ready. I sat there for another 20 minutes, no one was there, there was no queue, and the "pharmacists" just chatted. I've never seen such lazy people. Avoid this pharmacy! I feel sorry for other sick people, especially the elderly. I expect friendly, well-trained, and experienced staff in a pharmacy. And Gev minus 5 stars...

   Joke management, very poor and slow customer service, The management here is very poor. It feels like a complete waste of time every visit. Honestly, they really need new management or they shouldn’t be operating like this at all Few weeks ago I’ve had consistently bad experiences with this pharmacy’s customer service. I dropped off a prescription and was told the medication wasn’t in stock and that I should wait an hour. After about 40 minutes, they called me just to say they actually couldn’t get it at all.

   A complete failure in service. My doctor sent in a repeat prescription approved 5-6 days ago, and I am still waiting. They give you a standard "72 hour" line after approval, but that is a complete lie. You go in, and they just make up excuses: "come back later," or be ready by tomorrow." They have multiple staff working, still delay and neglect. To keep a patient waiting for essential medication is irresponsible.

   This pharmacy is a joke. It closes minutes before the scheduled time and always opens late — a 30-minute break turns into at least 45. My regular prescription has never arrived on time, even when requested 10 working days ahead. Every day, different staff give completely contradictory information. This will be my last month collecting here — I’ve wasted too much time. Management really needs to review staff performance.

   Great Staff all of the pharmacies on civic all good staff. Not going to change the ratings for this pharmacy because of a member of staff got me barred whilst the manager Anthony Finley was intimidating and bullying me when I answered my phone. On answering it he became aggressive and told me not to ignore his staff. Given no reason other than attitude problem. This member of staff said this either racially motivated against me or because of my prescriptions she knew what they were for. Broke 2010 equality act of a person protected by a special characteristic. A customer approached Anthony Finley who witnessed everything and informed him that there's two side's to every story he couldn't answer this customer and automatically got off he knew that this customer was right. After two years under Asda pharmacy never once have i been refused a prescription on the day. She was even laughing in my face from behind the counter when I tried getting this manager's attention he did not want to know. I just hope none of your security staff approach me I will immediately phone the emergency services not being harrased by no security

   Tried to get a cream which didn't need to be prescribed and which a GP had recommended for my sister. The woman behind the desk, Aria. Wouldn't sell me the cream despite me explaining my sister had been to a GP and wouldn't be able to come into the store and was going away. When I shown her online that it says it can be bought over the counter, doesn't have to be prescribed and doesn't react badly with anything else all she could say was "well it's behind the desk so...". Lloyds Pharmacy were far more helpful and just facing the store.
