Staff are very knowledgeable and they had the cream I needed.
I like to call ahead to check that my prescriptions are ready before I make the trip. They almost never answer the phone, certainly not until it’s rung 30 times, if then. Today my prescription order was only partly filled even though I called two days ago and confirmed the renewal of all my meds. The girl at the counter has very poor English communication skills, it took a lot of back and forth to get her to confirm that my full order wasn’t completed. I had to ask her to resubmit the missing item whilst I stood there to make sure she did it. Now I have to come back again in two days to get an item that was supposed to be ready today. Thankfully it’s not a matter of life or death but it easily could’ve been. It didn’t used to be like this.
Disgusting behaviour in this pharmacy. my auntie rung up to come in for her baby’s prescription and we could both hear laughing over the phone with one guy in the back making fun of the way my auntie was speaking. She has a speech impediment!!
Since having my prescriptions sent to Singers I have never had to chase up repeats, my prescriptions have never been late or wrongly dispensed (all issues I had with my last pharmacy) Always extremely helpful and polite. They even managed to talk me into get a flu jab, as I've always avoided getting it done at the doctors.
Good chemist. Main complaint is that there's no seating for those of us who are a bit wobbly on our fee to rest
Awful customer service. Called to enquire about some missing medication on a delivery and was basically called a liar.
Always a fantastic service for my grandad and very prompt
On quite a few occasions my tablets were out of stock. There is no real urgency to sort the problem out. I think the customer care needs to be greatly improved.
A while ago I gave a negative review for this chemist. How wrong I was. The errors I reported where due to a glitch in the system and not the fault of the pharmacy. The pharmacist and team have been wonderfully helpful and efficient, and go above and beyond to ensure an excellent service. As well as being friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to them.
