The woman serving me didnβt even look at, she was having conversations with other staff members. Didnβt even look or speak as she passed me cappuccino felt unwelcome didnβt even know where sugar or spoons were. Will never come again was waiting for an optician appointment will wait in opticians in future #ignorant

M very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. They are unbelievably slow and make the patients wait unnecessarily and create long queues. I said I couldnβt pay cash and they told me to wait. After 30 minutes 3 of them came just to tell me I couldnβt pay cash again. I did pay with card previously in this place. Apparently you canβt pay with cards prescriptions now!? They should be better trained and more kind as often they have to deal with people that are struggling and in need of medications.
The gentleman who vaccinated me today was very friendly. He communicated with me in a friendly way and instructed me about the next vaccine. Unfortunately, it's so far from where I live that it took me 40 minutes to walk.
Had my second covid vaccination and the gentleman (Dr. McCarthy) that did it was absolutely lovely! Made me feel at ease and very comfortable! Thank you. Couldnβt recommend this pharmacy more.
I was able to get a walk in booster jab at zero notice, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even provided me with a mask when I didn't have change. Without that jab I would have been unable to go on holiday to Spain on the same day, they saved the holiday, full marks!

Limelight has such Amazing facilities and services for the whole community, however from experience I would highly suggest to avoid parking on Shrewsbury St as there is plenty of parking available on Clifton St and on St brides way.
