   This chemist is really bad. They have no customer service skills. I had medication missing and they tried to tell me ld been given it. The way they spoke to me was horrific. They have no clue what they are doing. They go in the back and slag off the customers and laugh. Do not use this chemist. When Ben was running it, it was brilliant. Since then, it has rapidly declined.

   never got the tablets doctor sent over not helpfull sometimes quite rude wont answer the phones when you ring just dont know whats gone wrong since taken over was a good chemist before

   Very poor staffing levels. Queued for 50 minutes for prescription which is sometimes not been dispensed after 4 days. They rarely answer the phone due to staffing levels.

   I wish I could give a 0 star but not an option. Worst service ever. Waited for nearly 5 minutes while pharmacist was gossiping with a local client before she decided to acknowledge me & other clients that walked in. Pharmacist finally took my order but I never saw her write it down or go the computer. She said it will take 1 week, went there a week later and my prescription was never ordered. She basically didn’t bother to do it. I was very upset as I have thyroid problems n need my medication daily without interruptions. I end up having to wait nearly a week with no medication and experiencing heart palpitations & other symptoms for not having my medication. And a Lot of anxiety due to the stress that you put me through. Horrible service, i not going to write the lady’s name but everyone in Wythenshawe knows you are the laziest worker in there, thanks to your customers you have a job & salary. You should be grateful to your customers. Stop gossiping on company’s time & due your job. This is not the first time I walk in there n she makes you wait while gossiping with clients. Unfortunately your pharmacy is only 2 minute walk reason why I keep going there for the convenience, since I don’t drive. But I know it will be bad vague service

   Prescription is NEVER ready staff take about 10 years to serve you never known a chemist like this one. Worst service ever. Also they don't even answer the phone when you try to call them to prompt them to do your prescription

   What is going on with this Pharmacy. Go in to collect my prescription to be told we only got it last night, ok well it's now 3.30 in the afternoon so it should. Be ready..... there is always a issue when I go to collect it. Also made to wait to prepare it even if it should have been ready a few days ago.

   The staff that were here before were very good. However all the new staff are slow and useless. There's always a problem going to this chemist. It's the closest one to us but they make you wait forever. My mum has waited longer than 1 hour here for her medication and she is disabled. Today she has waited 2 hours!!! They even tell you they haven't got your prescription when they clearly have. I will get ours sent to another pharmacy next time although far. Spoils your mood. They need the old staff back. Adding to this I have now changed my pharmacy to one that is further just in order to not deal with this pharmacy's staff. Theres a short blonde lady and she really looks lost. I gave them 3 weeks to have my medication ready and when I went in I still had to wait ages and left with medication missing. The bimbo needs to get training in administering medication and customer service.
