   The man who sits at the front wearing a hat and glasses is very rude and lacks people skills. He doesn’t know how to speak to customers properly, and the experience was quite unpleasant.

   Heald Green Pharmacy is not my usual pharmacy, but will be in the future. Excellent service to get my medication what I needed. They couldn’t have helped more to get me sorted. Sonya went above and beyond to keep me in the loop regarding what I needed. And then actually got a text from the pharmacy to say my medication was ready to collect. Will definitely be changing my pharmacy. Well done to everyone for helping me today. I appreciate your work. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   The staff really need to work on their customer service. Staff are quite rude and dismissive. I had to wait 30-40 minutes for some antibiotics for my child. They were serving people after me and doing consultations even tho I had been waiting so long. Surely it doesn’t take that long to mix some antibiotics. The staff seem to have no sense of urgency and a lot of them were just waiting around as if there was nothing to do when the pharmacy was full of at least 5 patients. The only pro is they are open till late on a weekend otherwise I would never choose to go to this pharmacy.

   Excellent service. Staff is very hard working, polite and great at customer service. I have always found the staff to go above and beyond to provide good service. You get almost every pharmaceutical service under 1 roof. There is a good Parking space around. The operating timings are great, as this pharmacy is open until late and is open on Sundays.

   Very unreliable blood testing service. I was promised results in 2–3 days, but even after several days and multiple calls I still didn’t receive them on time. They even misspelled my name, a serious clerical error for something as sensitive as medical testing delaying things further, and I only got results after chasing them repeatedly. The second test is still “pending” with no updates. These errors and delays are unacceptable, especially when results are time-sensitive for medical treatment. I would not recommend this pharmacy for blood testing.

   Had a 12:15 appointment for a flu jab. Arrived in good time at 12pm and filled in the relevant form they gave me. Waited patiently but come 12:30 they then started dealing with people who had 12:30 appointments. I ended up walking out. Absolute shambles of a pharmacy and will not use again. Also notice they only comment on positive reviews

   I was staying at a nearby hotel before flying out from Manchester airport when I realised I had forgotten to pack some important prescribed medication. Although the pharmacy could have supplied me with the tablets I needed over the counter at a cost of over £40 they advised me to cal 111 and have a prescription referral e mailed to them so they could supply them free of charge as I am over 60. We also attended the next morning for PCR tests which were carried out with no problem and they also helped with the online registration etc. Amazing service so highly recommended

   Never answer the phone! I call for days before I get a reply and my 2 year old is on monthly repeated prescription so sometimes she doesn’t get her medication in time because they never answer. A few times I’ve asked them to request her medication from my GP, they tell me it’s been requested over the phone but when I go to get it, they say nothing has been sent by GP. I call my GP to ask and they say no request has been sent through. Utter negligence.
