   I just want to say a big Thankyou to Vicky especially, (& her collegues) at NORTHENDEN Pharmacy for going above & beyond today.She went out of her way to help me resolve an issue, with a determination that should be noted. Having been told by the surgery "the computer says no" yesterday & today, it took her 10 minutes!! Thanks Vicky

   I booked a Covid injection on NHS website for 3pm today, Monday 16 June 2025. When I arrived at 2.55 pm the pharmacist told me they weren't doing any Covid injections. I asked why they had not sent me an email to cancel the appointment. No reply. They could not advise me to go anywhere else. So unhelpful.

   I spoke with a very rude shop assistant who was unhelpful and she seemed to resent having to serve me. Maybe someone should explain to this woman that working in a customer facing role means that you should treat customers with a friendly open manner unless their behaviour dictates otherwise. I made a simple enquiry as to when I might be able to collect my prescription and was met with hostility. Unacceptable service! Avoid this branch and go to the other ‘Wells’ in the centre of Northenden.

   Staff were really helpful, when the surgery turned me away saying we have no appointments on friday and did not re direct me anywhere. Pharmacist listened to me attentively and gave me advice. Happy to see some healthcare sectors still care for patients

   Ordered a repeat prescription for my mum. It had been tampered with, it was unsealed, and more than half of it was missing!!! And they won’t answer your calls keeps going to line busy. been in there a hundred times they are more than quite enough to answer a call if they’ve been hearing the phone ring for the last hour. Management need to sort their staff out because they are absolute rubbish any time I’ve gone in they’re always having a chat amongst themselves so I don’t know why they find it an issue to pick up the god damn phone!!! Done a 3 month dispenser course and they think they’re better than everyone else and yet they still can’t do their job properly. Absolute joke!!!!

   Left me without my repeat prescription over Christmas and I still haven't had my tablets yet, two days without any anti depressants then they wonder why people go in and give them an honest mouthful of anxious abuse. I have multiple Sclerosis and can do with out chasing things which should be delivered to make my life easier

   My script was filled today. It was missing 2/3 of what the doctor prescribed. I got 1 out of 3. Their ineptitude caused me to reschedule my next doctor appt. I have phoned them nine times since I got home to no avail, but twice someone picked up and hung up on me.

   The over worked and Underappreciated staff were amazing today (27/04/22) my prescription wasn’t ready but as I was in dire need of my medication the pharmacist went above and beyond and made sure I left with my asthma inhalers. Massively impressed!! Great work

1. Confide 1-555 ★☆☆☆☆

   This is the worst chemist I have ever used. I collect my friends prescription and there is always some mistake, guaranteed. Messages don't get passed on, always new staff. My friend is changing chemists to the one I use, much better service.
