   The staff were unprofessional and rude. There was no greeting when I approached the counter, they simply continued with what they were doing. I ordered roof tiles, but due to an incorrect calculation, I was given far more materials than needed. When I questioned the excess items, I was told everything was provided according to their system. Now they’re asking me to pay a handling fee to return the extras. I asked to speak to the manager on three separate occasions, but he was never available.

   Excellent Service! Was in need of some quadrant uPVC trim to finish floor laminate to French door edge. Online searches were coming up with ridiculous prices. Eurocell, did a 5m length in white for a third of the price from elsewhere. Well presented shop. The service impeccable and friendly. Well done and thank you.
