Had plenty of work to get completed over the Easter weekend. Placed a big order and received confirmation that delivery would be on Friday, called them mid day to find out an ETA and was told between 3 and 4pm. Popped out and when I got back I received a call informing me that the driver won't be delivering my goods but they will be delivered Saturday morning. Saturday morning comes and goes and another call from Selco Solihull at 1pm informing me the driver isn't able to deliver my goods but they will be delivered 1st thing Monday! That's a whole weekend of work put on hold and the last time I order from Selco.
First time using Selco and would definitely be back. Staff were amazing especially a young lady named Emmy. Nothing was too much trouble really making me feel free to ask the questions I need answered. Thanks again
Products are good although not the cheapest, staff are great and helpful but the car parking is terrible it always seems to be full and if your trying to load heavy goods into the van it impossible as you'll have either park in the disabled bays or park a fair bit away on double yellows.

Selco display the term "Trade Prices" in their advertising. Having had an account for about 20 years, I found out today just how misleading that description is I bought a tin of Ronseal 2-pack wood filler. Screwfix sell it for £12.49. Selco's price on the shelf was £13.69 but at the till, plus VAT? £15.23
What excellent and friendly staff (a big thanks to Dan Tm, James, Naomi, Andy, Everton, Michuella & colleagues). Your service is exceptional & you go the extra mile. A good range of products too. I will surely return & recommend to others.
