   At 1pm, a man who was probably older was really rude and unprofessional with a customer, as if you forced the person into this store or the problem was somewhere else. Sorry for the management that employs such people.

   Fantastic service at Kings Heath Toolstation. Scott was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient—something you don’t always get these days! He took the time to make sure I had the right tools for the job and even offered some useful advice. It’s rare to find someone who really knows their trade and takes pride in their work. A real credit to the store. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this branch to anyone.

   I never usually leave reviews but I had to this time because of one of the employees that work there, Scott was amazing and helped me with everything I needed, he is so approachable and helpful. He knows so much about everything at toolstation and could show me to what I needed straight away! So hard working i’ve never seen such hard work nowadays. Will be coming here again and will be looking for Scott specifically

   Not long been to this Toolstation and I had a really fantastic customer service experience. I was served by Lucy and she went above and beyond to help me. I accidently ordered some items to another store. Lucy was super friendly and sorted everything out so I didn't have to trek out to the other store. Thank you so much. I'll definitely be collecting items intentionally from this store again and highly recommend.

   Tried to rip me off by giving me 3.6w bulbs even though item number clearly states 4w.Very rude,abnoxious, unhelpful staff by the name off Layla P worst customer service in my life.My account will be deleted from Toolstation and be using Screwfix who have the best customer service.

   I have been a Toolstation member for over 10 years iv never had an issue in my life at any branch in my past however at this kings heath branch there is a oldish lady with pinkish grey hair who goes by the name 'Layla' and she really has left me no choice but to leave this review each time I come in to collect something she has a bad attitude towards me she is fine with other customers but for some odd reason she is very weird and awkward with me huffs and puffs at me leaving me feeling very uncomfortable in collecting my order each time I didnt see it as much of a big deal the first couple of times as we all have our moments here and there but this seems to be on going towards me id understand if I had an issue but gods honest truth I have never had an issue with her which really is saddening as im very confused at her actions towards however the other staff are gold workers very lovely and polite no issues what so ever.

   The items are awesome. The female staff are extremely rude and miserable bar one young lady who is genuinely polite. The other are unhelpful and it’s clear they don’t want to give you any advice or any time to make your decisions.
