   I could tell they were trying to help but the female pharmacist with grey hair was so rude to the other staff (and eventually to me) you could tell they were pretty fed up. When I was having my consultation she asked me a question which did not have a straightforward answer and then became aggravated that I could not answer yes/no. When I raised this with her she was extremely rude to me, went to storm out (before sitting back down) then asked "Who sent you here?". I later became aware that she had made a young girl cry earlier that day (I believe it was her mother who had come in to complain). Not exactly the interaction you would hope for especially when feeling unwell. The two stars are simply for the other staff members who were extremely kind and understanding.

   I am completely frustrated. I've repeatedly asked Boots (193 Langworthy) employees, including the store manager, to remove MY PHONE NUMBER from their records. For 2 years (feb 2023) I've been receiving texts about prescriptions waiting for someone named Victoria A- A PERSON I DON'T KNOW!!! I've constantly said to them ALL someone must be missing their prescriptions, as I keep getting these text notifications. Not to mention this is a serious GDPR issue. Is it really that difficult to search the system and remove my number from the wrong account! I am telling them every single month when I'm picking my medicine. I get the same 'I will look into it and sort it out'. Ridiculous God knows what they'd do if they were handling bank accounts! It's alarming how such a simple fix seems impossible when it comes to personal data!

   Sadly since the pharmacy in Albany Way closed it has become problematic to collect medicines from Boths in Langworthy road: 1) the staff who work there is full of work, this seems logical to me given that now the customers have increased a lot after the closure of the other location; 2) more than once I had to go back because my medicines couldn't find them; 3) this morning after giving my details they told me to wait 15 minutes, the time passed was more and when they called me to give me the medicines they realized they weren't mine and I will be forced to go back on Monday morning; 4) it's not a pharmacy but a hole used as such, this morning the store was full of people, I think we need to take measures and make it a little bigger. 22/3/2023:increasingly disappointed with this branch, super slow staff, 35 minutes to get my prescription, will be changing branch soon.

   They forgot to order my medication which I’ve now gone a week without, had to order it myself which took several more days to process and then when I went to collect my prescription before my shift both staff members just sauntered around the back one on the phone not serving anyone and one completely ignoring the queue of 5/6 customers some of which where stood outside in the cold and rain, this is not the first issue I have had with the staff and their organisational ‘skills’. I now have to wait till Monday which is another 2 days before I can get my prescription which isn’t something I should be missing. Will not use this pharmacy again as this is just simply not acceptable.
