   My oppintment was 1.50 on my mobile . The lady said 1.45 . You are late 5 mint you need to rebook . Than manger lady coming she ask let I chek your oppintment his on desk . She told me your oppintment was 1.40 . Then I show my fone I said look my oppintment is 1.50 . Then she said to me oh yeh yeh is 1.50 . I was late 5 mint because hard to finde this place in big shopping centre. I also ring this store I am on way see you 2 mint . But thay said you have to re book . I said no thanks. Both lady's are passive disrespectful behaviour!!!!

   Slow......never answer the phone..hit and miss if you get a good pharmacist or not. Such a shame, the place has gone down hill...need more staff(that can be bothered)

   A small sized Boots in quite a popular shopping area in Beaumont Leys, it has almost everything you need from a pharmacy / beauty shop / seasonal gift shop, does have lots of offers on different products. It has a consultation room, a proper scale and advices for different conditions. The shop doesn’t look bright and always takes a long time at the tills. Good and not as good staff on duty, depends on your luck, and I think it’s pretty unfair as a customer to be treated differently. Lots of free parking spaces as it’s in the shopping centre, disabled and children/parents parking spaces available, time limit apply.

   Genuinely lovely staff at the pharmacy. The best customer service I've experienced in any pharmacy in Manchester. Even in the hot weather 2 members of staff went out of their way to help me. The shop should have some air conditioning though, for the staff to work comfortably in the summer.

   Always slow service at the pharmacy. Best to drop off your prescription and then go away for a bit and do your shopping and call back later. Repeat prescription service is not very good in terms of keeping to the right schedule. Store is very small, so don't expect a full range of products. No late opening hours.
