   Came here for my Grandad's medication. Staff told him that his medication would be ready for 4 o'clock. Got there at around 4.15 and it wasn't ready, had me waiting another 20 minutes. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and the floor behind the counter was a mess, bags of people's medication all over. I'm glad this isn't my pharmacy.

   Prescription for insulin sent from doctors 23rd June. Should been delivered Wednesday 25th but wasn't, phone call to them Friday 27 told is was definitely out for delivery. Didn't arrive. Another phone call, would definitely be delivered Monday. Arrived afternoon Monday contents checked and still not complete. Missing item was insulin need that day.

   This is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever used, they know you’re in the shop but still leave you enormous amounts of time before they serve you, I appreciate the staff are all very friendly and they are that I can’t complain about but you can hear others talking in the back while there is people waiting to be seen to. Not everyone who goes in is waiting for prescriptions and they need to work on the time turn around abit more.
