   The pharmacist here cannot identify impetigo. Upon visiting I explained my reoccurring impetigo and brought my previously used medication. I also shared my concern that I did not want my 4 month old baby catch impetigo. He refused to give me medication and advised me to come back "when it gets worse and has turned orange and weepy" I had to call my doctor who thankfully gave me a prescription without needing an appointment. For think pharmacy first services my advice is to go to another pharmacy with a more professional pharmacist.

   Very rude staff, shouting and constantly interrupting when I tried to find out if they had specific medicine in. Ablist attitude from the sales staff. Will never use this pharmacy again. Overall, the pharmacy is unreliable, they often don’t have regular medication in stock, the staff give confusing and conflicting information. Constantly get iou notes from them as they don’t have the medication. If you drive to this pharmacy you will struggle to find parking as the previously public car park now belongs to the flats above, double yellow lines everywhere else.

   Had a great experience at Blackey pharmacy. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The young girl Amna was amazing, gave me great information. Made sure I understood how to take the medication all with a beaming smile on her face. We need more Amna’s in the world!!!

1. Tough Cookie ★☆☆☆☆

   Just been in never seen the staff that are working there today they all seem abit clueless and rude (I have used this pharmacy for 16years no issues previously), also told us medication was ready on the phone but it wasnt i couldnt wait for the medication so requested the items that were ready and is return to collect the other, one specific lady working there is extremely rude and barked at me she very passive aggressive, i cut her off and repeated what i said for her to continue with attitude, if your rude to your customers thats what you will get back Im also medication trained myself through my work I simply wanted what was ready and to return for the other but the disgusting attitude from this one lady is awful I dont think she will last long in blackley talking to people the way she is. If i was that bad at my job i wouldnt have one. My partner returned for the medication and didnt mention the incident for her to try and have a go at my partner unbelievable.

3. True Reviews ★☆☆☆☆

   Charlotte Wall who works here has a disgusting attitude towards her customers.I can see from previous reviews a lot of people say the attitude of staff here is unwelcoming and I experienced it today for the 1st time. How this lady is employed is beyond me very argumentative and rude totally uncalled for. This pharmacy don't want to help in any way so I suggest if you want medication to be correct or any advice of the pharmacist you find a more professional pharmacy.

   Again they have not got the medication I need, and when I did go for it again it was cheap medication not the generic brands like boots etc . I'll be changing my pharmacy this week, there's loads of great chemists around here all giving the best medicines not the cheapest that these love to throw out to the poor unknowing public.. somebody should look into there buying of medicines to see if they are safe to consume. Just my opinion I'm no Dr.

   This establishment has been absolutely amazing. The systems are nowhere near as sophisticated as they could be or should be in terms of communications between services, yet the staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond to do the best they can, maintaining a high level of professionalism as well as staying friendly and polite. They work hard to treat each person as a person and not a number or label. In these stressful and difficult times they have excelled and should be proud. Often problems and complications in communications stem from other services and the pharmacy gets the brunt of it as they are customer facing. They deserve a medal. Thank you for being so kind and patient.
