Poor advice regarding my son who had been up all night with ear ache - pharmacist refused to see him even though I had been advised to by our GP - would not recommend

Great pharmacy, Staff are very friendly and helpful, when calling to order my repeat prescription they are very efficient as long as it’s back from the surgery I can collect within 2/3 days.
Prescription wasn’t ready after 48 hours, went back four days later and still not there. Called and told it was ready, went the next day and the pharmacist wasn’t in to sign it off. Have now changed nominated pharmacist as this is a regular occurrence.
Always have a nice experience at this chemist. I've been in bits and broken down a couple times in the pharmacy and the staff are always there to help me get somewhere private for a quick talk or silence for a minute. I've been coming here for years now. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else

Spot on Prescriptions normally delivered to my home. Rang yesterday for repeat medication available this morning for collection
This used to be my preferred Pharmacy to collect my prescriptions when using the NHS App. Unfortunately it would take days before my prescription was available to pick up, sometimes up to a week. I have know changed Pharmacy and can collect within 24 hours of my GP signing off. The Staff are polite but would not recommend Pharmacy due to poor service.
The staff I met today was a bit rude and impatient and did not even offer an itemised receipt.
Great staff. Efficient and even delivered my repeat prescription.
