   Usually have no issue. Today the floor staff were great apart from one, wen I seemed to be an inconvenience cause I asked for help. And to my dismay she was called to tills wen it was my turn. She didn't offer to help me even though I was struggling until the very end. Then called the next customer whilst I was still trying to pack. Another member of staff came to my rescue. I would of given 5 stars had it not been for that 1 member of staff.
