   This store has a security guard and members of staff/management who will target and harass people based on how they look. When a regular customer walked in, the security guard looked at him in disgust. A member of staff then announced that he 'doesnt trust him' and that led to them targeting him for possible theft, even though there was no proof or indication that he may have been stealing, they did this solely on appearance. this experience at this store was absolutely disgusting, and the management at this store needs to be changed. FYI: the man that was targeted was a regular customer who always payed for everything.

   This store was amazing when it opened, now, nothing is put on shelves in order, and if you ask a member of staff anything , they walk away mumbling, so rude! I would have given zero stars if I could, this store needs a new manager, it’s like a jumble sale in there with some shelves empty! Long queues at checkouts is a big problem too!

   Horrendous Been a couple of times and the queue is horrendous. Only 1 till open. I went to ask 2 different members of staff if someone could open another and both of them were rude!! The first one wouldn’t even stop what he was doing and said I don’t work on tills. The second one was just as bad and wouldn’t even get me help, she said they will see on the cameras and send help if they need it. I abandoned a massive trolly out of principle. The occasion before this the person on the till managed to sever me without saying a single word I raised a complaint and never heard anything back at all.

   Was really excited to pay my first visit to this store. Been in this evening and it was freezing! Staff working in coats and gloves, apparently because they're not allowed the heating on! I think Health and Safety need to pay a visit! Stark contrast to Pets At Home, TK Maxx, M&S, etc. All toastie warm!! Not impressed B&M!!
