We come here a lot—it’s nice and quiet, with good prices. We’ve bought a lot of materials here since moving into our house. The service is good, and the in-and-out process is fast. I definitely recommend this place!
Very hand if you are doing DIY or you are doing something for theory house. They have all sort of material for Building work.
Sat nav found the place easy enough. Good selection of tools and timber - which is what I was looking for. Clean and bright. Staff were helpful.
Came in clueless about door locks and handles, but Leanne was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the options and helping me choose the right items. Her knowledge and patience made the whole process so much easier. Thank you again, Leanne!
Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the Duty manager of the branch Leanne. Had an issue with a product and wanted a refund and somehow the policy for this one store is to only offer exchanges when all other stores do refunds for faults. Her tone and behaviour was absolutely disgusting and for a Duty Manager not knowing the company policy is appalling. Would definitely avoid this store as the kind of staff they are hiring in upper management is very mind blowing.
Visited the store on the way to South of Birmingham. Home improvement products, services and advice for Trade & DIY. Find inspirational ideas, tips, tools and 'How To' guides to make your next project perfect. As they claimed that but sometimes hard to find some items. Like in electrical section I think they should have more products. Found out some stores has more but honestly not enough. The one in Stirchley, well organized and tidy place, staff are friendly and helpful.
Must thank Kitchen team at Wickes Stirchley for great job. Richard the designer, Nick the fitter, Martin the plaster man, and Brendon electrician. It looks FAB guys. Ok there were a few hitches but they were sorted. Added value to house, and put a smile on my face and of course my wife Amanda.

Disheveled DIY store that could do with an upgrade to save it from looking old and tired. Popular with tradespeople, Wickes stock all you need for diy around the home and garden with decent prices. Toolstation located inside the Wickes.
