   The worst service from a pharmacy. The childish, unprofessional behaviour of one member of staff in particular, was shocking. When I asked to speak to a manager, she responded as though she already knew what the manager would say and after weeks of calling to speak to him, I gave up. She spoke of the manager in a weird way as though they were a couple and she could speak for him. No doubt in my mind that the way I was treated was wrong. Awful. Spend your money where service and respect matters.

   I came in today for a travel clinic appointment and Abdul was really thorough and helped me to consider which travel vaccines I should be getting for my trip to Asia. Really pleased with the advice consultation, the time and care taken, and the administering of the vaccine was great too, thank you Cocker Pharmacy 10/10 for service!

   I switched to Cocker's as I was unhappy with my previous pharmacy as there was often an excessive delay for my prescribed meds despite the number of phone calls I had to make chasing them up. The difference with Cocker’s has been astounding! Abbas, the pharmacist, has always gone the extra mile to ensure my meds arrive super fast. Even though I am able to collect them myself, he has always insisted on having them delivered to my door because Cocker’s isn’t my local chemist. Thanks so much, Cocker’s!
