   I went to this pharmacy today to buy product for women. The female pharmacist was serving someone and I was next in line. A man asked if he could help and I told him I wanted to wait to talk to the woman. He rolled his eyes at me and asked if he could help the man behind me in the queue. The man behind me said he also wanted to speak to the pharmacist. The man behind the counter accepted this and didn't roll his eyes! When it was my turn, I spoke very quietly to the pharmacist because the man was standing next to her despite nobody wanting to be served by him. However, the man who worked there, felt the need to insert himself into the transaction. Although he knew I wanted to talk to a woman, he stood there and watched and instead of letting me talk to her tried to take over the whole transaction. He actually asked her what I wanted in front of me! She and I were communicating just fine!! I'm glad the pharmacist was so nice and I would give her 5 stars. But this man needs some training with regards talking to women and understanding that sometimes a female customer may prefer to speak to a woman if there is one available. Discretion is vital when you work in a pharmacy.

   I called in last week to request a flu jab and was informed that they weren't starting to do them until this week. I asked for an appointment but was told that they weren't taking appointments; I should just turn up. I called in yesterday morning and was told that they were only doing them in the afternoon between 2 and 5. I called in today between those times and was told I needed to book an appointment and that this change had only just been introduced. I've decided to go elsewhere... I've given it 1 star because I cannot post this rating without giving it at least 1 star - it doesn't deserve it.

   I used the services at the phamamcy after having a fall and suffering a cut above my eye. The pharmacists took me into a side room treated and dressed my wound with great care. They were very reassuring and took a lot of time to make sure I was fully cared for. Thank you so much for looking after we so well.

   I rang a few pharmacies around manchester that were close proximity to myself but none of them had any time to see myself or cater to my needs. The pharmacist at Sterling pharmacy was very professional and put a lot of time to make sure I was looking and getting the right thing, especially when it was an emergency. The staff are super reliable and very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are needing desperate and urgent care! Or even questions. Thanks guys!

   By far one of the best pharmacies i’ve been too. The pharmacist and staff are so professional and friendly. I can’t thank Sterling Pharmacy enough. I came in for an emergency supply of inhalers and they provided exceptional level of care and service. They gave me great advice and showed me how to use my inhalers effectively for a full recovery. Definitely coming back!

   Gave me the wrong prescription on one occasion. On another occasion, I was sent here after calling 111 and they told me to come in when I phoned them. Upon arrival, they refused point blank to offer any assistance.

   On Saturday I checked google before I left the house to see that this pharmacy would be open from 9, I popped there on the way to work at 9:20 and it was still closed. According to others this is a regular occurrence on Saturdays. I find this completely irresponsible when you are providing a vital service to the community. This is not the first issue I have had with the pharmacy - in the past I have experienced rude treatment from the staff and inconsistencies with opening times on other days. I will now be getting my prescriptions sent elsewhere because the people who run this pharmacy seem to lack the awareness of how important it is for a community pharmacy to be reliable and trustworthy.
