   Absolutely disgusting pharmacy manager. Spoke to me abruptly and in a rude manner after a GP surgery gave me the wrong number (numbers are similar) believes me saying 'thank you very much' is rude in tone. Shouldn't speak to people in such a way. Awful!

   The chemist of Moorside Road is ok. I've had a few issues with members of staff. Most are really nice but one or two are awful. They were not very nice to me to the point that I felt it was very unprofessional behaviour so I made a complete to their head office. Unfortunately the same staff members are still very unpleasant and I'm now at the point were I feel I'll need to report them again. I've also had issues with receiving prescriptions. I've asked for medication, which I've ordered many times before, only to be told on the 3rd day when I've gone to collect it it's not been done.
