   Excellent pharmacy staff work hard, people have a moan at staff about medication waiting times, a lot of medications are in short supply , it’s not the chemist or staff at fault

   It’s a shame I have to rate this pharmacy so low because the vast majority of staff here are lovely but the one lady ‘Catherine - Dispensary Assistant’ (older lady) is extremely rude. Discloses very personal information in front of other customers, half the time does not give prescription papers to sign and write information and instead asks you loudly in front of a room full of strangers. No discretion or privacy from Catherine, is very abrupt and anti-social with customers. I love this pharmacy for the other staff and how helpful and knowledgeable they are and I’m sorry to rate so low but Catherine should truly have a rethink in careers where she doesn’t have to speak with the public as it is certainly not up to the task unfortunately.

   So helpful. Had an accident with my sons medicine, two hours before leaving for the airport! They worked their magic and found a solution which meant we could have what we needed.

   Well I wouldn't even give 1 star, rubbish service, wouldn't serve me as didn't have my daughter present, being a health professional, I know what conjunctivitis is and just wanted some drops for my little girl. Not a big ask, it's ok I will go to boots! Huffing when I leave is also unacceptable, will never use this chemist waste of time
