   I am asthmatic, I went in yesterday to get my Covid and flu jab, which I had booked through the NHS website. The women behind the counter was quite rude and very unfriendly and unhelpful. She said no you can’t have it hear because we’ve got no staff to do it and we’ve ran out of injections. I said to her do you want to see my confirmation email with the appointment date time and reference number? She said no won’t make a difference. I hadn’t just walked in and asked for one, I’d pre booked it. Absolutely terrible service and a very cold and miserable environment when going in. Avoid at all costs!!!! They also never have any prescriptions that I order in stock and then when you ask them to order it, takes weeks. DO NOT USE

   This pharmacy has the policy to send prescriptions away to a ‘hub’ which adds to the delay in getting medication. The wait time for medication even in the shop is so long I refuse to go anymore. They also charge for services you can get free elsewhere.

   Booked in to have an injection here. Tried to call the day before and on the day to double check if they can definitely do it but no one answered the phone. I attended the appointment and was told they were not able to do it because they didn’t have the right staff. They said they tried to call people who booked in but I didn’t receive a call or text message. I had to rearrange plans to have this injection. A great inconvenience caused.

   Rude never have all items. If you waiting for repeat that's come from drs you wait a week before its come in. Forget electronic prescription you best pick it up from drs and go elsewhere

   Absolutely awful, went in left there for some time, more and more people were coming in 7 people by the time they could be bothered. Then they didnt have all my prescription & I'd said if you havent got all of this tell me & I'll go elsewhere. I'd been there 20 mins to 1/2 hour before anything was read then she told me to come back the next morning!!! I went back at 10.30am to be told it'll be there after 11am I should have been told. I went away and came back at 1pm to find they were closed, went back again at 3pm Closed still, only found out they close at 12 & the useless woman didn't have the decency to tell me. Horrible place no respect for the customer.......I'll never go back there ever again.
