   Called in today for a quick BMI check to support an upcoming medical procedure. Staff were super polite and got the job done really quickly. I was turned away from other pharmacies, the one in tescos didnt even have a weighing scale?!? Boots offered to do it but had to book in for a 2 min job, which is weird. Back on topic..this pharmacy is great.

   So I called into Well Pharmacy this morning to get my husbands meds. I was feeling pretty ill sore throat,temperature the usual winter cold symptoms. The thought of going through the rigmarole of the current triage system at Mosslands filled me with dread so how relieved I was that I was offered the Pharmacy First option to see Sonia the Well Pharmacist. Five minutes later after consultation came out with Antibiotics and pain relief. First class service from the Well Pharmacy team. Thankyou so much

   Pharmacy has gone through change of management and staff. The new pharmacist Sonia who has only worked here a few weeks has achieved amazing results compared to my previous negative experience I had. The staff have been able to successfully order and deliver a medication which I have struggled to get for 6 months due to supplier problems and issues from Tesco and other chemists. Staff here go above and beyond and communication is flawless with staff and patient. I have now changed my allocated pharmacy from Tesco to Well pharmacy, as they provide outstanding service and care. I hope Sonia and her new team are here to stay! Thank you. Thank you Sonia for restoring the faith back in the local community.

   I have had a few teething problems here but all in all they are great. People have to remember that this store can be so busy the staff don’t have time to answer the phone. If I have a question I ask and normally get a proper answer. Luke, the manager has gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. Thanks guys.

   So professional, polite and welcoming staff. I have just recently changed my pharmacy for that very reason. Always have my prescriptions ready when expected rather than substantial delays at other local pharmacies which often leads to a back and forth conversation between me, the GP and the pharmacy. Your staff are a credit to the Well brand name. Thank you!

   This pharmacy has lost its duty of care to its elderly patients . For years my Dad who is housebound has had his medication delivery . It’s weeks now from ordering his medicines before if we are lucky they are delivered. In fact the latest prescription which thankfully was just some cream was ordered 3 weeks ago and still not arrived . I have today had to make a 50 miles trip to pick up his urgent medication . He’s lucky that he has a family , god help the old who do not . No phone call , no nothing you should be ashamed .
