Birchwood Costa Coffee is a comfortable spot for a quick break, with friendly staff and consistently good drinks. Service is usually smooth, and the atmosphere is relaxed. It can get a little busy at peak times, but overall it’s a reliable place to enjoy a coffee.
Everytime I go here the young lad I think his name is Finn always brings my coffee and food over to my table as I have just had a baby and struggle to carry everything. He’s very friendly and polite and is super quick preparing your drinks. It really does go a long way as I go to some places and they don’t like to bring your drinks over to you! Thank you so much!
A grumpy young girl serving at the counter with tattoos sadly lets the whole place down. Why take on this type of work if you dislike people so much? All other staff seemed very pleasant. Tables though stacked with trays cups etc. even though there seemed to be lots of staff to clear them. Avoid!
Clean shop nice friendly staff, good coffee and piping hot food. One of the best Costa shops we have been to.
